How the displays differ
P4s: sharper panel and higher refresh ceiling
The P4s is the specification-led choice for screen resolution and refresh rate: realme lists a 1.5K AMOLED panel that can reach 144Hz. A higher refresh rate can make supported motion and scrolling appear smoother, while the higher resolution can show more detail. Actual results depend on the content, app and settings.
P3: AMOLED with up to 120Hz
The P3 also has an AMOLED display, rated up to 120Hz. That is still a high-refresh-rate specification; the P4s advantage is the stated 1.5K resolution and 144Hz ceiling. A comparison search result gives screen sizes of 6.67 inches for the P3 and 6.78 inches for the P4s, but that information could not be independently confirmed, so screen size should not drive this comparison.
Battery capacity and charging
The P4s lists an 8,000mAh battery and 80W charging, compared with 6,000mAh and 45W for the P3. Those are rated specifications, not a promise of a particular runtime or charging time. Screen brightness, refresh settings, mobile signal, apps, workload and charging conditions all affect what an individual user gets.

Chipsets and real-world performance
The P3 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 5G, while the P4s uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 Ultra. The listed chipsets alone do not establish which phone will feel faster or perform better in games. Software, heat management and the specific workload matter, and no independent test comparing both phones under the same conditions is established here.
realme’s P3 page advertises a score of 750,000+ on AnTuTu and 8.5 hours of BGMI gameplay. These are manufacturer claims, not matched independent measurements against the P4s; the gaming figure also depends on realme’s test setup and user behavior. On the P4s page, realme says a 144FPS gameplay effect uses dedicated-chip frame interpolation rather than native game rendering, and notes actual results may vary. Do not interpret that figure as proof that games natively render at 144 frames per second.

Water and dust protection, and updates
realme lists IP69 protection for the P3 and IP66/IP68/IP69 for the P4s. These are product-page ratings, not a guarantee against every kind of water or dust damage. Check the exact regional model, warranty terms and manufacturer guidance before relying on a rating; protection claims do not necessarily mean damage will be covered under warranty.
For the P4s, realme India states: “3 Years Android OS Updates 4 Years Android Security Patches”. The cited P3 product information does not state a comparable update commitment, so this comparison cannot establish an equivalent support period for that phone.

Price difference: compare matching storage tiers
As reported by 91mobiles on October 4, 2026, Amazon listings for the P4s were as follows. These are volatile third-party listing prices, not guaranteed prices; confirm the seller, stock and price on the retailer page before buying.
