If Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice crashes, rejects your login, or gets stuck loading, start with low-risk checks: fully close and reopen the game, restart your device, check storage and software updates, then try Wi-Fi and mobile data separately. These are general mobile-game troubleshooting steps—not fixes confirmed by the publisher for this title. The game listing provides a support email, but no title-specific troubleshooting guide or verified current outage notice was found.
What is known about the game and its support
Google Play identifies Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice as a vertical-screen idle RPG and lists Wanda Cinemas Games as its developer. The listing shows an update date of July 13, 2026, and gives the support email saintseiyasea@wdyxgames.com. Its “10K+” downloads figure is a storefront metric, not a measure of how many players have a problem or how reliable the game is.
The listing describes the game with the promotional sentence “The first Saint Seiya Themed Vertical Screen Idle RPG.” That is vendor-authored marketing copy, not an independently verified market comparison. The listing does not state minimum device requirements or explain account linking, save transfer, or recovery.
Try these checks in order
These steps are general mobile troubleshooting guidance drawn from support materials for other games. They do not establish a known defect or publisher-confirmed solution for Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice.

Fully close and reopen the game
Close the app so it is no longer running in the background, then launch it again. Leaving an app suspended and returning to it is not the same as a full restart. General Android troubleshooting guidance recommends closing the app completely before reopening it (SEGA Android troubleshooting).
-
Restart your device
Power the phone or tablet off and back on, then try the game again. A restart may clear a temporary app or device condition; it is not a confirmed game-specific fix. General support guidance for mobile games also recommends restarting the device (SEGA Android troubleshooting; BANDAI NAMCO FAQ).

Check available storage and device software
If the device is nearly full, free up space and retry. Also check the device settings for an available operating-system update. Storage and device conditions can contribute to app problems, but the game listing does not give a minimum specification or confirm that either issue causes this game’s symptoms (SEGA Android troubleshooting; BANDAI NAMCO FAQ).
-
Compare Wi-Fi with mobile data
Exit the game, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa, and reopen it. SEGA’s general Android guide recommends testing Wi-Fi and cellular connections separately, while BANDAI NAMCO’s FAQ notes that unstable connectivity can contribute to slow loading. Both sources concern other games. If one connection works and the other does not, that is a clue about the network path—not proof of a game-wide login outage.

Protect your account before reinstalling
Do not clear app data or uninstall the game until you know how your account and progress can be recovered. The Google Play listing does not explain account linking, save transfer, or recovery. General troubleshooting guidance cautions players to check whether data can be backed up before reinstalling (SEGA Android troubleshooting).
Use the symptom to narrow down what to report
Track what happens across attempts rather than assuming a cause. Note whether the failure occurs before or after login, whether it happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and whether restarting the device or freeing storage changes anything. These observations can help support diagnose the issue; they do not establish its cause.

Contact the listed support address

- Your device model and operating-system version.
- When the issue occurred, including the approximate time.
- Whether it happened on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both.
