The vivo X300 has reported scores of 3,330,801 in AnTuTu 11, 1,898 single-core and 6,571 multi-core in one Geekbench 7.0.0 submission, 18,747 in 3DMark Wild Life, and 15,165 in PCMark Work 3.0. These figures come from different publishers and test records—not a single standardized test—so treat them as reference points, not scores every X300 is guaranteed to reach.

vivo X300 AnTuTu score

NanoReview lists an AnTuTu Benchmark 11 score of 3,330,801, broken down into CPU 981,387, GPU 1,256,247, memory 364,630, and UX 728,537. The same page shows separate AnTuTu 12 user entries: 3,745,245 dated September 5, 2026; 3,402,395 dated September 19; and 3,407,758 dated September 20 and September 30. These are individual submissions, not an official model-wide result. NanoReview’s vivo X300 results therefore should not be reduced to one universal AnTuTu number.

91mobiles reports an AnTuTu result of 3,004,951, but the cited benchmark page does not state the AnTuTu version. Keep it separate from the version-labelled results rather than assuming it used AnTuTu 11 or 12. 91mobiles’ vivo X300 review also contains an inconsistent nearby reference to the X300 Pro, so its figures need that attribution and qualification.

vivo X300 Geekbench score

A Geekbench Browser record uploaded July 23, 2026, reports 1,898 single-core and 6,571 multi-core in Geekbench 7.0.0. The entry identifies the device as vivo V2515 running Android 16, with a MediaTek MT6993 processor. This is one submission, not an average. The Geekbench 7.0.0 record lists one 4.21 GHz core, three 3.50 GHz cores, and four 2.70 GHz cores.

NanoReview displays 3,204 single-core and 9,874 multi-core for Geekbench 6. These scores belong to a different benchmark version and should not be compared point-for-point with the Geekbench 7.0.0 submission as though they were measurements from the same test. 91mobiles gives 3,432 single-core and 10,129 multi-core without stating a version in the cited page; its surrounding text mistakenly says “vivo X300 Pro” while discussing the X300. Treat those as that page’s reported figures, not a version-confirmed X300 result.

UL says its results can be affected by heat or other apps running in the background, and that it includes such submissions because they may better represent real-world performance. Its device page is updated daily, so these reported medians are a snapshot rather than a fixed score for every handset. See UL Solutions’ vivo X300 results.

91mobiles also reports 6,700 in Wild Life Extreme and 2,857 in a test it calls “Steel Nomad.” UL and NanoReview identify the comparable workload as Steel Nomad Light, so confirm the exact workload before comparing those figures directly.

vivo X300 PCMark score

UL Solutions lists a PCMark Work 3.0 median of 15,165, alongside a battery result of 19 hours 4 minutes. Its Work 3.0 workload sub-scores are web browsing 14,375, video editing 5,995, data manipulation 12,159, writing 22,695, and photo editing 34,571. UL also reports 124,328 in PCMark Storage 2.0. These are separate tests, so the scores do not measure the same kind of work.

91mobiles reports a PCMark battery-test result of 15 hours 27 minutes. That differs from UL’s 19-hour-4-minute median; the figures come from separate publisher pages and should not be averaged or presented as interchangeable. UL’s result page describes its displayed scores as user-submission medians, while the 91mobiles review reports its own result.

How to compare vivo X300 benchmark results fairly

Benchmark suites measure different workloads, and even scores from the same suite can vary by version and test conditions. When comparing an X300 with another phone—or checking a result against your own device—match the following details:

  • Benchmark and version: AnTuTu 11 is not AnTuTu 12; Geekbench 6 is not Geekbench 7.0.0.
  • Exact workload: For example, Wild Life and Wild Life Extreme are distinct tests, as are Steel Nomad and Steel Nomad Light.
  • Device identity and configuration: The Geekbench record identifies vivo V2515; UL lists 12 GB and 16 GB memory configurations. State the variant where the source provides it.
  • Software and conditions: Android version, device temperature, background apps, and software build can affect results. The cited pages do not standardize all these variables across publishers.
  • Type of result: Distinguish an individual submission from a median or other page-level aggregate. UL describes its displayed device scores as medians of user submissions; the Geekbench 7 record is one submission.

For device context, UL lists the X300 with a 6.31-inch, 2640 × 1216 display, MediaTek Dimensity 9500, Android 16, and 12 GB or 16 GB memory configurations. Geekbench’s V2515 entry reports Android 16 and the MT6993 chip, while NanoReview also identifies the Dimensity 9500 with a 1+3+4 core arrangement. Those identifiers help establish which device a result describes; they do not make scores from different versions directly comparable.
