The vivo V40 Pro lists the higher-tier processor and sharper display, while the newer V60 lists a larger battery, faster rated charging and IP69 protection in addition to IP68. In vivo India Store listings accessed October 4, 2026, the V60 examples were cheaper, but the listed phones have different memory and storage configurations—so the price gap is not a like-for-like comparison.

How the processors and displays differ
Processor
The V40 Pro lists a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+, while the V60 lists a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. That establishes a difference in the chipsets named by vivo, but it does not by itself establish which phone will perform better in a particular game, app, or sustained workload. The cited product pages do not provide an independent head-to-head performance test.
