The higher-capacity configurations are not a like-for-like comparison: OnePlus lists 16GB/512GB at ₹49,999, while OPPO lists 12GB/512GB at ₹53,999. RAM differs, even though both offer 512GB storage. See the OnePlus specifications, the OnePlus launch announcement and the OPPO launch announcement.
Current street prices are not established by the available listings: search results showed conflicting figures and do not confirm matching in-stock offers from the same seller at the same time. Check the exact variant, seller, stock and warranty terms on retailer pages before treating either phone as the better deal. The Amazon India OnePlus 13R listing and a Smartprix comparison are examples of pages where prices may differ from manufacturer-published figures.
Which phone has the better performance and display specifications?
Processor
The OnePlus 13R lists Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while the Reno15 lists the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. The 13R therefore has the higher-tier processor platform on paper. That is a specification-based distinction, not a measured benchmark or guarantee of a particular difference in everyday speed, gaming performance or heat.
Screen
The 13R has the larger panel at 6.78 inches and specifies dynamic 1–120Hz LTPO 4.1 refresh. The Reno15’s 6.59-inch display lists a maximum 120Hz refresh rate, but its retrieved specification does not identify LTPO. Choose the 13R if a bigger display and explicitly specified variable refresh are priorities; the Reno15’s smaller screen contributes to its more compact body.

OnePlus provides a clearer complete rear-camera breakdown in the retrieved specifications: a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP telephoto camera with 2× optical zoom and an 8MP ultrawide. OPPO’s launch table identifies the Reno15’s 50MP IMX882 OIS main camera, and its specifications page describes up to 3.5× optical video zoom. The retrieved official launch material does not fully itemise the Reno15’s rear sensors, so it is not enough to make a complete hardware or image-quality ranking.
Rank #2
Compare the focal lengths and shooting modes you actually use, and consult OPPO’s full camera specifications before deciding between them on camera hardware. Megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone takes better photographs.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which phone has the larger battery and faster charging?
OPPO lists the Reno15 battery as 6,500mAh typical and 6,335mAh rated; OnePlus lists a 6,000mAh single-cell battery in the 13R. Both Indian product specifications include charging support up to 80W, though OPPO lists both SUPERVOOC and UFCS. Capacity figures alone do not establish which phone lasts longer in real use; no comparable endurance test is available here.
Which phone is smaller and lighter?
The Reno15 is the more compact phone on the published figures: about 197g and 158.0mm tall, compared with the 13R at 206g and about 161.7mm tall. OPPO’s listed thickness varies by colour, from 7.77mm to 7.89mm; OnePlus lists about 8.0mm. If a lighter, smaller handset matters more than the 13R’s larger screen, the Reno15 has the advantage on these specifications.
