The OPPO Find X9 Ultra launched in India at ₹1,69,999 for 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The Find X9 launched at ₹74,999 for 12GB/256GB or ₹84,999 for 16GB/512GB. That puts the Ultra ₹95,000 above the least expensive X9 launch configuration, or ₹85,000 above the higher-RAM X9. Its main reason to cost more is its dedicated long-range camera hardware and expanded video tools—not a substantially larger battery.
Find X9 vs Find X9 Ultra price in India
These are official launch prices, announced at different times, not verified October 2026 street prices. OPPO India announced the Find X9 prices on November 18, 2025, and the Find X9 Ultra price on May 21, 2026. The configurations also differ, so the gap is a useful launch-price reference rather than a like-for-like current offer comparison.
| Model and configuration | India launch price | Announcement date |
|---|---|---|
| Find X9, 12GB+256GB | ₹74,999 | November 18, 2025 |
| Find X9, 16GB+512GB | ₹84,999 | November 18, 2025 |
| Find X9 Ultra, 12GB+512GB | ₹1,69,999 | May 21, 2026 |
On those announced prices, the Ultra premium is ₹95,000 versus the base Find X9 or ₹85,000 versus its 16GB/512GB configuration. Compare current listings for the same country, date, retailer, and storage tier before deciding: discounts and stock can change, and the cited announcements do not establish present-day prices. OPPO Singapore lists a separate Ultra 16GB+1TB configuration; that does not establish its availability or price in India.

Specifications are manufacturer-published. They do not establish comparative real-world image quality, sustained performance, or battery runtime. The Find X9’s listed 7,025mAh and Ultra’s 7,050mAh typical capacities are close; capacity alone does not show that the Ultra lasts longer. OPPO market pages can describe display and peak-brightness claims differently, so regional specifications should not be treated as identical in every detail.

Why the Ultra costs more: camera reach and video control
The clearest hardware distinction is the Ultra’s extra dedicated 10x optical telephoto camera, alongside high-resolution 200MP main and 3x telephoto cameras. The Find X9 instead offers a 50MP main, ultra-wide, and 3x telephoto camera set, plus a monochrome camera. This gives the Ultra more purpose-built long-range options on paper; it does not by itself prove better photos in every scene.
For video work, OPPO documents 4K 60fps Dolby Vision HDR, 4K 120fps on the dual 200MP cameras, 8K 30fps, O-Log2, ACES, and 3D LUT support for the Ultra. Those formats and workflows may matter to creators who edit footage or want more control in post-production. The X9’s global specification sheet lists rear 4K video up to 120fps and Pro video support, but the Ultra has the more extensive explicitly named workflow features.

OPPO has also announced two Ultra-focused accessories: a Hasselblad Explorer Case with a two-stage shutter/focus button and zoom dial, and a 300mm Explorer Teleconverter designed to attach to the 3x telephoto. Check local availability and compatibility details before purchase; the announcement does not establish current sales status in every market.
Display, processor, and charging differences
The Ultra has the larger, higher-resolution panel: 6.82-inch QHD+ versus the Find X9’s 6.59-inch FHD+. Both list adaptive refresh up to 120Hz in general use. OPPO’s Ultra specifications additionally state up to 144Hz in certain game scenarios, not as a blanket refresh rate for all content.

The phones use different flagship processors—Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in the Ultra and Dimensity 9500 in the Find X9. No independent comparative benchmark or sustained-performance measurement is established here, so the chipset names alone are not a sound basis for claiming a particular speed advantage in everyday use.
Both list 50W wireless charging. The Ultra’s maximum wired charging specification is 100W, compared with up to 80W for the Find X9. This is a documented charging-rate difference, not a measured charge-time comparison.

Which OPPO phone should you choose?
Choose the Find X9 if
- You want the lower India launch price and a flagship platform without paying the Ultra premium.
- A 50MP main, ultra-wide, and 3x telephoto camera set meets your needs.
- You prefer the smaller 6.59-inch display and still want wireless charging.
Consider the Find X9 Ultra if
- You expect to use its dedicated 10x optical telephoto and its high-resolution main and 3x cameras.
- You want the larger QHD+ screen, up to 100W wired charging, or its more extensive documented video and post-production tools.
- You have a specific use for the announced Explorer Case controls or 300mm teleconverter, subject to local availability.
These recommendations are based on published features and launch pricing, not independent testing that proves one phone delivers better overall value or image quality. For an imported model, confirm warranty coverage and network-band compatibility in your country before buying.
