A secondary article cites up to 30 days from a rules document dated December 2, 2025, hosted by MegaFrenzy. That document is not clearly established as Funrize’s current official rule set, so it does not verify the current processing time. Do not assume a listed minimum or playthrough applies to every prize, location, or account. If a minimum, eligibility condition, or playthrough appears in the live redemption flow, follow that current rule.

Does Funrize require identity verification to redeem?
The Terms of Use allow Funrize, or a third party acting for it, to conduct age and identity verification. They say requested documents may include:
- A government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license.
- A utility bill matching the address registered to the account.
- Source-of-wealth or source-of-funds documents, such as a payslip or bank statement.
This is an illustrative list, not a statement that every user must submit every document. Funrize says it may restrict account use while verification is pending and may restrict or deactivate an account if checks cannot be completed. Use account details that match your identification and respond to requests in a timely manner.

Which Funrize balance can be redeemed?
Funrize’s official alternative method of promotion entry page uses the term Promotional Entries (PE). Secondary guides distinguish PE, which they associate with prize redemption, from Tournament Coins (TC), which they describe as entertainment-play currency. Verify the definitions and eligibility for the balance displayed in your account against the current official rules; the promotional-entry page is not a complete prize-redemption rulebook.
The official Alternative Method of Promotion Entry page also says rules can change and that, for its mail-in entry route, the rules active on the postmark date apply. Those mail-in instructions are not redemption steps.
