The OPPO F31 5G is the stronger fit if you want a higher-resolution AMOLED screen and faster advertised charging; the OnePlus N6 5G offers a larger display and a higher stated battery capacity. Both list a 50MP main camera, but that alone does not establish equal photo quality. OPPO’s Indian launch prices for the F31 were ₹22,999 for 8GB/128GB and ₹24,999 for 8GB/256GB; those are September 2025 launch prices, not current quotes.

Which phone has the better display?

The F31 has the higher-resolution panel: OPPO lists a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display at 120Hz. The N6’s screen is larger at 6.8 inches, but the 91mobiles comparison listing identifies it as a 720×1570 HD+ LCD panel, also at 120Hz. Choose the F31 if resolution and AMOLED are priorities; choose the N6 if you prefer a larger listed screen. These are specification differences, not a hands-on assessment of brightness, color, or viewing quality.

Which has better battery life and charging?

The N6 has the higher stated capacity: OnePlus gives 8,000mAh typical and 7,780mAh rated. OPPO lists a 7,000mAh battery for the F31. Those figures do not establish which phone lasts longer in actual use; screen, software, signal conditions, and workload also affect runtime, and no comparable endurance test is established here.

For advertised charging wattage, the F31 leads with OPPO-listed 80W SUPERVOOC versus OnePlus-listed 45W SUPERVOOC on the N6. Wattage alone does not prove a particular charge time, so it should not be read as a measured charging-speed result.

How do their processors and software claims compare?

The F31 uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300, while the N6 uses the Dimensity 6360 Apex. The available specifications do not provide a credible comparable benchmark or sustained-load test, so the chipset names alone are not enough to declare a real-world speed winner.

OnePlus lists OxygenOS 16 for the N6 and says its fluency testing covers 60 months for the 6GB/128GB model and smoothness support covers 48 months for the 4GB/128GB model. These are manufacturer statements, not guarantees that a phone will remain lag-free for that period. OnePlus also says 60fps video recording is limited to the 6GB/128GB N6 variant.

Are the OPPO F31 and OnePlus N6 cameras the same?

Both list a 50MP main camera, but matching megapixel counts do not establish matching image quality. OPPO’s launch release describes a 50MP OIS main camera and a 2MP monochrome camera for the F31 series, and identifies a 16MP selfie camera on the base F31. Do not assume every camera detail described for the broader F31 family applies identically to every model. The cited OnePlus product information lists a 50MP main camera. No comparable independent camera test is established here.

What is the OPPO F31 vs OnePlus N6 price difference?

OPPO announced Indian launch prices of ₹22,999 for the F31 8GB/128GB and ₹24,999 for the 8GB/256GB on September 15, 2025; OPPO said the base F31 would be available from September 27, 2025 through its e-store, Flipkart, and Amazon. These are dated launch prices, not current checkout prices. The available evidence does not establish a current OnePlus N6 price that can be compared fairly, so check live listings using the same RAM/storage configuration, seller, and offer date. Retail snapshots on comparison pages can change and should not be treated as fixed prices.

Durability and configuration details to check

OPPO advertises IP69 protection and military-grade shock resistance for the F31. These are manufacturer claims, not independently verified outcomes in the specifications cited here. Before buying, confirm the exact model and configuration: the F31 launch prices cover two 8GB storage options, while the N6 comparison data lists 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB variants, and OnePlus ties its 60fps recording statement specifically to the latter.
