The Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G has a slightly larger listed display and was ₹3,000 cheaper in one captured set of offers. That price is a snapshot, not a dependable current price: listings differ, and the exact variant and checkout total matter.
POCO X7 Pro vs Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G: key specifications
The figures below are reported by product-comparison pages, not the results of independent testing. Listings may describe different configurations, so check the precise Indian SKU before buying. The 91mobiles comparison is here; other comparison pages include Gadgets 360 and Gadgets Now.
| Specification | POCO X7 Pro 5G | Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G |
|---|---|---|
| Chipset | MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra | MediaTek Dimensity 7400 |
| RAM and storage in captured comparison tables | 8GB or 12GB RAM; 256GB storage | 6GB or 8GB RAM; 128GB storage |
| Display | 6.67–6.73-inch AMOLED, listed as 1.5K class | 6.78-inch AMOLED, listed as 1.5K class |
| Rear cameras | 50MP + 8MP; OIS listed | 50MP + 8MP; no OIS entry in the captured 91mobiles table |
| Front camera | 20MP | 13MP |
| Battery capacity | 6,550mAh | 6,000mAh |
| Wired charging rating | 90W | 33W |
Display refresh-rate information conflicts across comparison listings, so a single definitive rate cannot be established from them. Confirm it on the listing for the exact model you intend to order. The Ai+ Device Hub identifies Nova 2 Ultra 5G in its smartphone navigation, but the accessible Ai+ official device hub does not provide a full specification sheet. The captured pages likewise did not include a full official POCO specification sheet.
Which phone is better for performance and storage?
POCO X7 Pro: stronger listed hardware
The comparison pages list the POCO with a Dimensity 8400 Ultra, versus the Nova 2 Ultra’s Dimensity 7400, and show higher RAM and storage configurations for the POCO. That makes it the more compelling specification-led choice if you want the listed higher-tier chipset or more room for apps and files.

What the specifications do—and do not—prove
These are component and configuration comparisons, not independent speed tests. They do not establish real-world differences in gaming frame rates, sustained performance, heat, or app loading. Choose based on the exact configuration available and your use, rather than treating the chipset names as a measured performance result.
Display size and cameras
The Ai+ is listed with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, slightly larger than the POCO’s reported 6.67–6.73-inch panel. Both are described as 1.5K-class AMOLED displays. The reported size range for POCO and conflicting refresh-rate entries mean buyers should verify the display details against the specific listing.

Both phones are listed with 50MP and 8MP rear cameras. The POCO is shown with a 20MP front camera and OIS in the 91mobiles comparison; the Ai+ is listed with a 13MP front camera, and that comparison has no OIS entry for it. Resolution and an OIS listing alone cannot establish which phone takes better photos or video.
Battery and charging
Comparison pages report a 6,550mAh battery and 90W wired charging for the POCO, against 6,000mAh and 33W for the Ai+. Those figures favor the POCO on listed capacity and charging rating, but they do not guarantee a particular runtime or charging time; real results depend on usage and conditions.

One captured comparison reports a PCMark result of 14 hours 53 minutes for the POCO and no result for the Ai+. This is not a head-to-head battery-life test, so it cannot establish how much longer one phone lasts than the other in everyday use.
India price difference: treat listed offers as a snapshot
At the time the comparison pages were captured, Gadgets Now showed an offer price of ₹20,999 for the Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra and ₹23,999 for the POCO X7 Pro—a ₹3,000 difference. 91mobiles listings also showed those figures, but other comparison listings differed. These are observed offers, not guaranteed current prices or fixed prices for every RAM and storage variant.

Before ordering, compare the same RAM/storage configuration and check the seller, warranty, stock status and final checkout price. A lower starting price is not an apples-to-apples saving if the available configurations differ.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which one should you choose?
- Choose the POCO X7 Pro if the reported Dimensity 8400 Ultra, higher listed RAM/storage options, larger battery, faster charging rating or 20MP selfie camera matter most to you.
- Consider the Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra if its lower observed offer price or slightly larger reported display better matches your priorities.
Because comparison pages vary on prices and some specification details, make the final decision using the exact Indian listing and its warranty terms—not a headline price or an assumed configuration.
