Specifications in this table are published listings, not independent performance or battery tests. The cited comparison sources disagree about the POCO display diagonal, so its size should be confirmed against an official POCO listing for the exact version being sold.
Display: realme lists a faster LCD, POCO an AMOLED
Realme specifies a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1000-nit peak brightness. The 144Hz figure is higher than POCO’s listed 120Hz, which may appeal if a higher refresh-rate specification is your priority. Realme’s “Sunlight Display” label is the manufacturer’s wording, not an independent brightness assessment.
POCO’s display is listed as FHD+ AMOLED at 120Hz by 91mobiles. AMOLED versus LCD is a meaningful panel-type distinction, but the available listings do not establish a comparative test of color, outdoor visibility, or overall image quality. The reported screen size is inconsistent: 91mobiles says 6.83 inches, while Gadgets 360 says 6.90 inches. Check POCO’s official specification or the exact retailer listing before relying on the diagonal.

Battery and charging: POCO has the larger listed capacity
POCO is listed with an 8000mAh battery, compared with 7000mAh for realme. Both models are listed with 45W charging. Capacity alone does not prove which phone lasts longer in use: screen settings, software, network conditions, and workload also affect runtime, and no comparative battery test is established here.
Processor and storage: compare the listed hardware, not assumed speed
The realme P4x uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G, while POCO lists the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4. These are different chipsets, but the available specifications do not establish which phone is faster in real-world use. A benchmark or hands-on comparison would be needed to make that claim.
Rank #2
Realme lists UFS 3.1 storage, and the cited listings show a 128GB base option and a 256GB option. POCO is listed with UFS 2.2 storage and 128GB. Check the RAM and storage configuration on the specific offer you are considering; availability can vary by listing and market.
Cameras: matching megapixel counts do not establish equal results
Both phones are listed with a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Those numbers describe resolution, not photo quality. The available information does not provide a comparative camera test, so do not treat the matching megapixel counts as proof that the cameras perform alike.

Price difference: check live offers and match the variants
On the 91mobiles comparison page accessed in 2026, realme P4x was shown at ₹22,999 through Flipkart and POCO M8 Power at ₹23,945 through Amazon. These are page snapshots, not guaranteed current prices; another rendering of the comparison page showed different values. The two offers were also from different sellers, and the listed configurations may not match.
Before deciding, compare the same RAM and storage capacity, the final checkout price, seller, and any bank or exchange conditions. Because prices and offers change, the snapshot does not establish a stable or universal price gap.

Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the realme P4x if its 144Hz listed refresh rate or UFS 3.1 storage better fits your priorities.
- Consider the POCO M8 Power if you prefer an AMOLED panel or want the larger listed battery capacity.
- Verify before buying if the POCO screen size, exact configuration, current price, or warranty is decisive. The display diagonal differs between the cited comparison listings, and current warranty terms are not established here.
Neither specification sheet alone proves an overall winner. The practical choice depends on the features that matter to you and the exact price and variant available when you buy.
