To redeem on Moonspin.us, sign in, open your account ID menu, select Redeem, enter an amount, and follow the prompts to link an eligible bank account. Redemption is a prize request—not an instant or guaranteed cash-out—and you may need to meet playthrough, identity-verification, and account-matching requirements before it can be approved.
How to submit a redemption request
- Sign in to the Moonspin.us account that holds the Sweep Coins.
- Open the account ID dropdown and choose Redeem.
- Enter the amount you want to request and follow the logged-in instructions to link a bank account or select another payment method offered to your account.
- Complete any requested eligibility and identity checks. Moonspin’s rules list government-issued photo identification, a biometric facial scan, and proof of address as possible verification materials. Your registered participant details must match your account details.
- Review the request and submit it through the platform. To check its status or transaction history, go to account ID > Profile > Transactions > See All.
Moonspin’s FAQ describes the redemption path as account ID menu > Redeem. Redemption remains subject to verification and sponsor approval; Moonspin’s terms also allow requests to be delayed or declined where required by law or risk policies.
Check Sweep Coin eligibility before requesting
Not every Sweep Coin in an account is necessarily redeemable. Moonspin says coins must be used at least once before redemption, and its rules allow the sponsor to require between one and 20 uses for Sweep Coins allocated through specified methods. The FAQ says playthrough contribution is limited to slot games, while Moonspin reserves the right to exclude particular games or categories.
Check the eligible balance shown in your account and the current rules rather than assuming that the displayed total is available to redeem. Moonspin’s rules treat Sweep Coins as non-monetary; redemption is a request for a prize under the applicable sweepstakes terms.
