In Microsoft Edge at work, you can check whether a site is available to Browse with Copilot under Settings > Copilot and AI > Allow Copilot to browse with me. You cannot change your organization’s allow or block lists yourself: Microsoft says the IT admin controls which sites Copilot can interact with. This guidance applies to Microsoft’s limited, opt-in enterprise preview—not necessarily to personal Edge accounts on Windows 11.
Check whether Copilot can browse a site

Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings > Copilot and AI > Allow Copilot to browse with me.

Select See which sites Copilot can browse to check site availability.

If the site is unavailable, contact your organization’s IT admin. Microsoft says the admin chooses which sites Copilot can interact with through allow and block lists. Start Browse with Copilot at work
When using the work experience, choose Browse with Copilot to begin. Microsoft says Copilot will not browse with you unless you explicitly select that option. Interactions are subject to the organization’s allow/block lists and other admin controls, and Microsoft says the work experience respects Microsoft 365 data protection policies. If the setting or site list is missing
Microsoft describes Browse with Copilot for work as a limited opt-in preview for enterprise tenants. Its availability depends on the organization’s participation and configuration. Ask your IT admin whether the tenant has opted into the preview and how its site policy is set up. The menu labels and feature availability may change; check Microsoft’s current support guidance for the latest instructions.

These other Edge controls do not manage Copilot’s site list

Extension site access: Controls what an Edge extension may read or change on websites; it does not edit Copilot’s allow/block lists. See Microsoft’s extension site access guidance.

Location permission: Controls whether a website can access your location, not whether Copilot can browse it. See Microsoft’s Edge location and privacy guidance.
