To unlock Corrupted Excalibur, also called Saber Alter, farm Corrupted Knight on Boss Island for the Corrupt Tyrant title and required materials, then trade them to the Saber Alter Trainer. The base fighting style does not require a clan. Its F move is a separate unlock that requires Alter Clan and nine additional Corruption Cores.
What Corrupted Excalibur is—and what it is not
Corrupted Excalibur is a melee fighting style in Sailor Piece. It is not the separate Excalibur weapon, also called Saber Sword, which has its own acquisition route. The steps below are for the Saber Alter fighting style.
Requirements for the base fighting style
Find the Saber Alter Trainer on Boss Island, to the left near the teleport side. The community style guide lists these requirements for the base unlock:
- Corrupt Tyrant title
- 25 Dark Grails
- 15 Morgan Remnants
- 8 Alter Essences
- 3 Corruption Cores
- 1 Corrupt Crown
- No race or clan requirement
Farm Corrupted Knight on Boss Island
Corrupted Knight is summoned through the Boss Spawner on Boss Island. Beebom’s guide lists the following boss health and summon costs. These are guide-published figures, not independently verified live game data.

| Difficulty | Boss HP | Dark Grails | Money | Gems |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal | 750 million | 1 | 650,000 | 650 |
| Medium | 2.5 billion | 2 | 800,000 | 800 |
| Hard | 6 billion | 3 | 1,000,000 | 1,000 |
| Extreme | 15 billion | 4 | 1,500,000 | 1,500 |
Beebom recommends repeating a lower-HP version quickly rather than choosing a higher difficulty just for a modest drop-rate improvement. That is guide advice, not a controlled comparison. Its guide also suggests luck titles or traits, but does not provide a measured comparison showing how much they change the results.
Drop rates vary by guide
Published rates should be treated as estimates from community guides, not guaranteed live odds. The dedicated style page lists Morgan Remnant at 9%–14%, Alter Essence at 3.25%–5.15%, Corruption Core at 0.8%–1.2%, and Corrupt Crown at 0.35%–0.65%. Beebom lists those items at 15%, 5%, 1.3%, and 0.5%, respectively. For the Corrupt Tyrant title, the Boss Island guide reports 0.85%–1.4% with pity at 145, while another community clan guide reports 1%. Actual outcomes can vary, so plan around gathering the required bundle rather than expecting a particular number of boss runs.

- Defeat the boss repeatedly until you have the Corrupt Tyrant title and the listed materials.
- Visit the Saber Alter Trainer on the left near the teleport side.
- Use the trainer’s exchange to turn in the title and materials for Corrupted Excalibur.
Unlocking the F move is a separate step
The Mini Saber Alter NPC on Boss Island handles the later F-move unlock. You must already have Corrupted Excalibur, join Alter Clan, and provide 9 Corruption Cores for this move. The clan requirement applies to the F move only; it is not part of the base fighting-style unlock.
Can you buy Corrupted Excalibur?
Beebom reports that Corrupted Excalibur can be purchased through the Sailor Piece shop. A community Fandom page and community shop table list a price of 1,349 Robux, but current availability and price are not established by those listings. Check the in-game shop before spending Robux. Buying is an optional alternative to the boss-farming route; a Roblox gift card is not needed for the free route.

Which unlock route should you choose?
| Route | Cost | Requirements | What is known |
|---|---|---|---|
| Farm Corrupted Knight | No Robux cost stated; requires in-game summon resources | Corrupt Tyrant title and the six-item material bundle | Boss Island guides describe the farming route; no reliable time-to-unlock estimate is stated. |
| Buy from the shop | Robux; community listings report 1,349, but current price is not established | Availability in the live shop | Beebom reports the option, but current in-game availability needs verification. |
If you want to avoid spending Robux, farming is the documented route. If you would rather pay for convenience, first confirm that the live shop still offers the style and check its displayed price.
