To get the Brainrot skins, buy them with V-Bucks from Fortnite’s official Item Shop when they’re listed. The shop rotates, and the live shop page checked for this article did not show the Brainrot items, so verify availability and prices in-game before buying V-Bucks. Epic says to check back for returning items, but Support cannot grant offers that are not currently in the shop (Epic Games Support).
Which Brainrot skins can you buy?
An indexed listing on Fortnite’s official Item Shop named two Brainrot outfits: Ballerina Cappuccina and Tung Tung Tung Sahur. It also listed a Brainrot Bundle and matching accessories. These are historical listing prices, not confirmation that the items are currently available or still cost the same amount.

| Ballerina’s Spoon-erina Pickaxe | 800 V-Bucks |
| Wrappuccina Wrap | 500 V-Bucks |
| Tung Thunker Pickaxe | 500 V-Bucks |
| Tung Tung Tung Wraphur Wrap | 500 V-Bucks |
Because the live shop may differ from an indexed listing, use the prices and bundle contents shown on the in-game purchase screen as authoritative before confirming.
How to buy the skins when they’re in the shop
- Open Fortnite and go to the Item Shop.
- Look for Ballerina Cappuccina, Tung Tung Tung Sahur, or the Brainrot Bundle.
- Open the item or bundle tile and review its current contents and V-Bucks price.
- Select the option to purchase and confirm only if you want the displayed cosmetics at that price.
If you want both outfits, compare the bundle’s live contents and total against the individual outfit tiles. Bundle contents and prices can change, so do not assume the historical listing remains in effect.

What if the Brainrot skins are not available?
There is no confirmed return date in the available official information. Epic says its Item Shop rotates and recommends checking back if an item is no longer available. Epic also says Support cannot grant items or offers that are not currently in the shop (Epic Games Support: When will items return to the Fortnite shop?).
Check the in-game shop periodically rather than relying on a third-party claim about a return date. The live shop is the practical way to confirm whether you can purchase the outfits now.

Do V-Bucks gift cards unlock Brainrot skins?
No. A V-Bucks gift card supplies currency; it is not a code for either outfit and does not reserve an item. Redeem currency only if you need it, then check the Item Shop to see whether the skins are listed.
Can you get the skins from a Brainrot creator island?
No. Epic lists a featured UEFN island called “Grow the Brainrot,” but that is a separate in-game experience. Epic’s developer rules state that creator-island transactions may not grant outfits or skins, so buying something on the island does not unlock these Battle Royale cosmetics (Epic’s Fortnite Island Creator Rules).

Are skin generators or account sellers a way to get them?
Use the official Item Shop rather than unofficial generators, unlock claims, or account sellers. The official sources establish the shop as the supported purchase route; they do not support those alternative claims.
