In Sailor Piece, enchanting is a reported upgrade system for accessories: take an accessory to the Enchanter at Shibuya Station, then provide the materials and duplicate copies required for its next enchant level. Community wiki pages say upgrades run from E1 to E10, but they disagree on success rates, so check the current in-game prompt before risking materials.
Where to find the Enchanter
The Sailor Piece Wiki places the Enchanter at Shibuya Station, beside the Blessing NPC near the tallest building. Its listed process is to speak to the Enchanter, choose an accessory, and supply the requirements for the next level. What can you enchant?
The Sailor Piece Wiki describes enchanting as accessory-only. It says the system does not apply to fruits, swords, or specs. The reported range is E1 through E10. Source: Sailor Piece Wiki.
Reported effects of each enchant level
According to the Sailor Piece Wiki, each level adds 5% Defense, 4% Damage, and 2% Damage Reduction. On that basis, the page reports the following cumulative bonus at E10:

Materials and duplicate accessories
Reported enchant inputs include Wood, Iron, Obsidian, Mythril, Adamantite, Diamond, and duplicate copies of the same accessory. The exact recipe varies by accessory and enchant step, so do not assume one item’s costs apply to another. Use the current in-game requirement for the specific accessory and next level.

Holy Armor recipe examples
The Sailor Piece Wiki lists these Holy Armor examples:

Success rates: community sources disagree
Do not treat a single success-rate chart as definitive. The Sailor Piece Wiki reports 100% for E0→E1, 80% for E1→E2, and 70% for each step from E2→E10. A separate Fandom community wiki reports a different descending schedule: 100%, then 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%, 20%, and 10% for E1 through E10. The available community pages therefore do not establish the current odds or failure consequences. Before confirming an enchant, read the game’s current prompt for its chance, what is consumed on failure, and whether the accessory is retained. No official developer source establishing those details was identified.

How to choose an accessory to upgrade
There is no established universally best enchant target for every build. Compare the accessory’s current stats and displayed upgrade outcome against its acquisition effort and the required materials and duplicates. Community-wiki projections can provide a starting point, but confirm the item’s stats and recipe in-game before committing resources.
For example, the Sailor Piece Wiki lists Brisbane Armor at E0 with 145% Defense, 125% Damage, and 15% Damage Reduction, and at E10 with 195% Defense, 165% Damage, and 35% Damage Reduction. It also lists the armor as a 3.01% drop from King of Heroes V2 on Hero Kingdom. These are wiki-reported figures, not verified current rates or stats; they should not be treated as a guaranteed drop chance or a promise of the live E10 result. Source: Sailor Piece Wiki.

Practical checklist before enchanting
- Confirm you are upgrading an accessory, not a fruit, sword, or spec.
- Check the in-game Enchanter’s displayed requirement for that accessory and the next level.
- Count the materials and duplicate copies required before starting.
- Check the displayed success chance and failure outcome; the community sources conflict on both the odds and risk.
- Compare the displayed stat increase with the cost of obtaining the accessory and its duplicates.
