Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsOn supported newer Galaxy phones, open Samsung Wallet > Menu > Samsung Pass > Sign-in info, verify your identity, then choose an app or website to view its saved sign-in information. If Samsung Pass is missing, search Settings for “Samsung Pass” or check which autofill service is selected.
Where are my saved passwords on Samsung?
Samsung Pass is Samsung’s credential feature; on supported newer Galaxy devices, its saved sign-ins are accessed through Samsung Wallet. Samsung’s current US support path is Wallet > Menu > Samsung Pass > Sign-in info. Samsung describes Pass as a service that remembers login information and can automatically sign in to apps and websites.
- Open Samsung Wallet and tap Menu.
- Scroll to Samsung Pass, then tap Sign-in info.
- Verify your identity using the biometric or device authentication configured on your phone.
- Select the saved app or website entry to inspect its sign-in information. Depending on the version, you may also be able to edit or delete the entry.
You can add sign-in information manually from the Manual tab in Samsung Pass. To set up Samsung Pass, you must be signed in to a Samsung account.
What if Samsung Pass is not in Wallet?
Menu names and locations vary by Galaxy model, carrier, region, and software version. Some older software and regional help pages place Samsung Pass in Settings, under areas such as Biometrics and security or Security and privacy; those routes are not consistent across devices. Try searching Settings for Samsung Pass rather than assuming every phone has the same menu. Samsung notes that screens and settings can vary by model and software version.

If your goal is to make saved credentials appear while signing in, check the selected autofill provider: open Settings > General management > Passwords, passkeys, and autofill > Preferred service, then choose Samsung Pass. Samsung also lists Google as a possible preferred service. This setting determines which provider supplies autofill; it does not make credentials held by another provider appear inside Samsung Pass.
Why might a saved password or autofill prompt be missing?
- The credential may belong to another provider. Samsung Pass does not display entries held only by a different password or autofill service.
- The app or website may not support autofill. Samsung advises checking that the target supports autofill and is not listed in Samsung Pass’s excluded apps or sites.
- You may be using a browser Samsung Pass does not support for web autofill. Samsung says web autofill is available only in Samsung Internet.
- The sign-in may use a passkey rather than a password. Passkey sign-in works only with apps or websites that support passkeys.
- The preferred service may be set to something else. Review the Preferred service setting if Samsung Pass prompts do not appear.
Samsung’s detailed guidance on autofill and passkey support is in its Samsung Pass support instructions. For the provider setting, see Samsung’s passwords, passkeys, and autofill guidance.
