Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsAION 2 registration rewards do not all use the same claim method. Free launch gifts are delivered to in-game mail after you meet the relevant account and login deadline; a pre-registration coupon must be entered in the game; Twitch Drops are claimed through Twitch; and Founder’s Packs are separate paid purchases. First identify which reward you mean, then follow its own eligibility and deadline.
Identify the AION 2 reward track
Official AION 2 pages describe several rewards with different eligibility rules and claim channels. Use the campaign page for your region and the deadline shown in that campaign; the teaser-page terms and global Steam notice are related but not identical.
| Reward track | Eligibility | How to claim | Important timing or distinction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Teaser-site service launch celebration | Create an AION 2 account by December 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST. | Log in and claim the two mounts from in-game mail. | Granted once per region; claim by December 9, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST. Official AION 2 teaser page |
| Global pre-registration and Steam Wishlist launch rewards | Create an account and log in before the notice’s maintenance cutoff. The notice extends rewards to every qualifying player, regardless of whether that player individually met the original registration or Wishlist milestone. | Check in-game mail and claim the rewards there. | Account/login cutoff: December 1, 2026 at 23:30 PST / December 2, 2026 at 9:30 CET. Mail expiration: December 8, 2026 at 23:30 PST / December 9, 2026 at 9:30 CET. Official AION 2 Steam notice |
| Pre-registration coupon | Have a valid coupon code. | Enter it in the game’s Coupon Registration menu. | This is manual redemption, not automatic launch mail. Official AION 2 Support FAQ |
| Twitch Drops | Watch a participating channel for the active campaign’s required time, with the correct game account linked. | Claim through Twitch Drop Inventory. | Campaign dates and watch requirements can change. Official AION 2 Drops information |
| Founder’s Packs | Purchase a pack; Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate tiers are listed on the official page. | Follow the platform’s purchase and item-delivery process. | These are paid digital packs, separate from free registration rewards. Official AION 2 Founder’s Packs page |
Claim free launch rewards from in-game mail
The teaser-site celebration and the global pre-registration/Wishlist notice both describe automatic delivery through in-game mail, but their eligibility wording and deadlines differ. For the teaser-site reward, the page says two mounts are automatically sent to the mailbox. For the global notice, rewards are delivered automatically by mail to players who create an account and log in before its cutoff. Neither page describes a separate website claim button for these free mail rewards. Teaser campaign terms; global Steam notice
- Open the official campaign information that applies to your region and check its account-creation, login, and mail-expiration dates.
- Create your AION 2 account and log in before that campaign’s stated cutoff.
- Open the in-game mailbox on the qualifying account.
- Claim the reward message before its stated expiration.
The global Steam notice lists an Advance: Pet Chest containing Pet: Pagati and a choice of one pet from Papis, Silver Blade Rotan, Konutin Worker, or Black Smoke Murute. It also lists an Advance: Wishlist Chest with bound resurrection spiritstones, life and healing potions, and return, courage, speed, and benediction scrolls. Official reward contents

Redeem a pre-registration coupon in-game
A coupon code follows a different path from automatic mail rewards. After service launch, open Settings > Other > Account > Coupon Registration, then enter the code. This is the route given by the official Support FAQ. If a page or guide says this coupon is delivered automatically as launch mail, it is conflating two claim methods. Official AION 2 Support FAQ
Claim Twitch Drops and link the account you play on
- During an active AION 2 Drops campaign, watch a participating channel for the required watch time.
- Claim the earned reward in Twitch Drop Inventory.
- Make sure Twitch is linked to the platform account you actually use to play: Steam for Steam players, or NC/PURPLE for PURPLE players.
The official account-linking notice warns that linking a different account may prevent delivery. It also cautions players not to separately link again on the NC site just because a reward has not appeared; doing so could unlink the existing connection. Check the current official Drops page and campaign notice for dates and watch requirements rather than relying on an old schedule. Official AION 2 Drops and account-linking information

What to check if a launch reward is missing
- Confirm that you used the same game account that met the campaign’s account-creation and login conditions.
- Check that the campaign’s delivery period is active and that the mail has not expired.
- Confirm that you are following the right campaign’s regional deadline; the teaser-page and global Steam notice publish different conditions and time-zone labels.
- For account-specific problems, use official AION 2 Support. The official material does not specify a universal troubleshooting sequence for missing launch mail. AION 2 Support; global Steam notice
Keep free registration rewards separate from paid packs
A Founder’s Pack is not a prerequisite for receiving free registration, Wishlist, or launch-mail rewards. The official teaser page presents Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Founder’s Packs as separately sold digital packs with tier-specific items and early-access benefits.
