Arc Compute is a GPU infrastructure provider for AI and high-performance computing (HPC)—not Intel Arc graphics hardware. Its current offer is an enterprise service spanning system design, integration, deployment, and support, alongside quote-based GPU server options. For buyers, “getting the most out of GPUs” means matching the complete system and its operating costs to a defined workload, not choosing a server by GPU count alone.
What Arc Compute provides
Arc Compute describes an end-to-end infrastructure offer for organizations deploying AI and HPC workloads. Its overview presents the company as helping with GPU infrastructure design, integration, deployment, and support. The phrase “get the most out of your GPUs” is the company’s own description of the goal, rather than an independently measured performance result. Arc Compute’s overview
For buyers, that service scope matters because GPU capacity is only one part of a usable cluster. Server configuration, networking, storage, facility readiness, deployment, and ongoing operations all affect whether GPUs can be used effectively. Arc Compute’s product pages offer concrete system examples, but buyers should confirm the proposed configuration and service scope directly during procurement.
Arc Compute’s two listed H200 server examples
Both reviewed listings describe 8-GPU, 6U rackmount systems with 1,128 GB of total GPU memory. They differ in their named platform options and the system-memory ceilings stated on the pages.

These are vendor-published specifications for the listed configurations, not independent verification of delivered hardware or performance. Read the Aivres HGX H200 listing and Dell HGX H200 listing for the configurations Arc Compute describes; confirm availability and final specifications in a current quote.
How to assess a system for your workload
Start with the workload you intend to run and compare complete, like-for-like configurations. The two H200 listings do not establish that one system is faster or cheaper than the other; that requires a current benchmark using defined configurations and workload conditions.
Workload and accelerator memory
Identify the models, batch sizes, concurrency, and training or inference tasks the system must support. Compare accelerator memory capacity with the memory needs of those tasks, then consider how the GPUs communicate. The Aivres listing specifies NVLink with NVSwitch, while the Dell listing specifies NVLink; verify the proposed configuration’s exact interconnect topology and suitability for your workload.

- System Compatibility Note: This 2-slot card measures 271 x 112 x 39 mm and requires a single 12V-2x6-pin power connector. Please verify chassis and PSU compatibility before purchase.
- Dedicated Support: Please contact us directly through Amazon for any product questions or assistance you may require.
- Professional Intel Arc Pro B70 GPU: Built on the Intel Xe2-HPG architecture, it features 32 Xe cores and 256 XMX engines, designed to accelerate AI, rendering, and complex visualization workloads.
- Massive 32GB GDDR6 VRAM: Equipped with 32GB of high-speed GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, running at 19 Gbps, which allows for handling large AI models and complex datasets locally.
- High-Performance Engine Clock: Delivers an engine clock of 2540 MHz, providing the compute power needed for demanding professional applications and AI inference.
CPU and system memory
Host CPUs and system memory support data preparation, orchestration, and other work around the accelerators. The Aivres page lists Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC choices and up to 2 TB of system memory; the Dell page lists Intel Xeon options and up to 4 TB DDR5. Those maximums alone do not establish which configuration fits better: assess the CPU, memory capacity, and memory bandwidth required by your software and data pipeline.

Storage and networking
Check whether storage can feed the GPUs at the rate your workload requires, and whether the system’s network interfaces fit your cluster design and data flows. The Aivres listing names 400GbE networking with ConnectX-7 NICs. The cited Dell listing does not state a comparable network configuration, so request one rather than assuming it is equivalent.
Power, cooling, and facility readiness
Confirm the proposed server’s power draw, cooling requirements, rack compatibility, and facility capacity before ordering. Aivres describes its system as 6U and air-cooled; Dell’s cited listing states a 6U form factor but does not provide cooling details there. A rack-space figure is not enough to establish that a system fits your site: ask for the complete power and thermal requirements for the configuration being quoted.

Support, deployment, and operating cost
Clarify what OEM support and lifecycle tools are included, what Arc Compute handles during deployment, and what operational help is available after installation. Then compare total cost against a defined workload and utilization profile, including the costs relevant to your own deployment and operations. The reviewed pages invite quote requests and do not publish a current system price.

Arc Compute’s brochure from April 2022 makes several performance and cost claims. They are dated vendor statements, not current independent benchmarks, and should not be used as expected results for a new purchase without comparable evidence for the buyer’s configuration and workload. Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →- The brochure claims “up to 80% better performance” for Arc Compute GPU software compared with instances from AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. The claim does not establish a general result across current services or workloads.
- It claims “30%-60% less cost” in comparisons referring to AWS, GCP, and Azure; the brochure says its AWS prices were based on the provider’s website as of April 2022.
- It describes a multi-tenancy scenario with an “over 70% performance boost,” attributing the result to allocating underused VM GPU cores, execution capability, and VRAM to active VMs. This is a vendor-described example, not a universal benchmark.
- Its Data Machines case study says the company saved about 75% compared with what it had been paying with AWS. That is an attributed case-study claim, not a verified typical saving.
The same brochure attributes customer testimony to Dr. Brian Dennis, CTO of Data Machines Corporation: “ARC COMPUTE’S SERVICES HAVE ALLOWED US TO ADVANCE OUR RESEARCH AT A FASTER RATE, THANKS TO THE BOOST IN PERFORMANCE AND COST SAVINGS WE’VE EXPERIENCED.” This is customer testimony published in April 2022, not an independent performance measurement.

What to ask for in a quote
A quote is most useful when it makes the proposed system and the assumptions behind its cost explicit. Ask Arc Compute to specify:
- The exact server model and component configuration, including GPU, CPU, system memory, storage, and networking.
- GPU interconnect topology and how the configuration maps to your intended workload.
- Power, cooling, and rack requirements for the quoted system.
- Included OEM support, deployment responsibilities, and any ongoing operations or support services.
- The full price and what it covers, plus the workload and utilization assumptions used in any performance or cost comparison.
With those details, you can compare Arc Compute’s proposed infrastructure against other options on equivalent workloads and service scope, rather than relying on GPU count or historical marketing figures alone.
