There is no independently verified overall winner for multi-brand ecommerce support. For several owned storefronts—especially Shopify stores—start with Gorgias and Re:amaze. Add eDesk when marketplaces are central to the operation. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, and Richpanel are also worth comparing for broader routing, helpdesk, collaboration, or ecommerce-task needs, but the available product-specific evidence for them is less detailed.
The right choice depends on whether “multiple brands” means separate storefronts under one company or a portfolio that also sells through marketplaces. A single shared inbox is not enough: agents may also need the right brand identity, order context, channel access, permissions, and reporting for each business.
How the leading options compare
| Product | Best fit to evaluate | Multi-brand evidence | Pricing detail established here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gorgias | Several owned ecommerce stores, particularly Shopify-centered operations | Vendor describes support for multiple Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, and BigCommerce stores, plus multiple Facebook and Instagram accounts | Not stated in the cited product pages |
| Re:amaze | Small and midsize ecommerce teams that need an explicit plan-level brand allowance | Basic lists one brand; Pro and Plus list unlimited brands | $29, $49, and $69 per team member per month for Basic, Pro, and Plus, respectively; annual billing is displayed at lower monthly equivalents |
| eDesk | Marketplace-heavy sellers that need to compare marketplace channels and brand workflows | Its 2026 comparison evaluates multi-brand inbox and routing, marketplaces, automation, and per-brand SLA/reporting | Not stated in the cited comparison |
| Zendesk | Organizations considering broader customization, routing, and reporting needs | Included in eDesk’s comparison and described as an enterprise-oriented option by Gorgias’s guide; specific multi-brand limits are not established here | Not stated in the cited sources |
| Freshdesk | Teams comparing a general helpdesk with AI options | Included in eDesk’s comparison; a specific multi-brand capability or limit is not established here | Not stated in the cited sources |
| Help Scout | Teams prioritizing shared-inbox collaboration | Richpanel’s guide identifies it as an inbox-collaboration option; specific multi-brand limits are not established here | Not stated in the cited sources |
| Richpanel | Teams focused on automating routine support and order tasks | Its founder-authored guide recommends comparing required integrations, permissions, and completed work; a specific brand limit is not established here | Not stated in the cited sources |

1. Gorgias: a strong shortlist candidate for multiple owned stores
Gorgias is a logical first evaluation for a portfolio centered on Shopify or similar storefronts. Its multi-store page says teams can manage questions for several stores in one helpdesk and lists Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, and BigCommerce integrations. It also describes connecting multiple Facebook and Instagram accounts and customizing email signatures for each store.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The helpdesk is described as a centralized inbox for support messages across channels, with integrations, automation, and reporting. For a multi-brand team, the practical value is not simply seeing messages together: test whether an agent can identify the correct store, use the proper customer-facing identity, retrieve the relevant order context, and complete the actions the team needs.
Pricing: A current price is not established in the cited pages. Limits: These are vendor descriptions; they do not independently establish the quality of order actions, brand-level access controls, or reporting for a particular account configuration.

2. Re:amaze: explicit brand limits by plan
Re:amaze describes supporting multiple support sites for multiple brands in one account. Its official pricing comparison gives buyers a concrete tier distinction: Basic includes one brand, while Pro and Plus include unlimited brands.

| Plan | Displayed monthly price per team member | Brand allowance | Included AI resolutions per user per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $29 | 1 | 5 |
| Pro | $49 | Unlimited | 10 |
| Plus | $69 | Unlimited | 20 |
The pricing page displays lower monthly equivalents for annual billing, but the amounts are not specified here. Additional AI resolutions are listed at $0.85 each. These are the page’s stated plan terms; check the current pricing page for billing details and changes. Count AI resolutions alongside seats when estimating costs, and distinguish a resolution from a ticket or a customer session.
Best suited to: Ecommerce teams that need multiple brands in one account and want the brand entitlement spelled out by plan. Limit to note: Basic is limited to one brand, so a multi-brand buyer needs to compare Pro or Plus against expected seat and AI-resolution use.

3. eDesk: evaluate when marketplaces are central
eDesk is worth shortlisting when customer service spans marketplaces as well as a company’s own stores. Its 2026 comparison considers multi-brand inbox and routing, marketplace integrations, automation, per-brand SLA and reporting, scalability and pricing, and setup. Use those categories to build a channel-by-channel evaluation rather than assuming a broad marketplace count guarantees the exact workflow you need.
eDesk reports a weighted score of 9.1/10 for itself in that comparison and says it is the only platform to meet all of its selected criteria. Both are eDesk’s own vendor-authored findings, not an independent benchmark or proof that it will suit every seller. The comparison also covers Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Re:amaze.
Best suited to: Marketplace-heavy operations that want to test whether marketplace messaging, brand routing, and service reporting fit their workflow. Limits: The available comparison does not establish support for every marketplace action, policy workflow, region, or account configuration. Pricing is not stated in the cited comparison.
Source: eDesk’s 2026 multi-brand comparison.
4. Zendesk: consider for broader routing and reporting needs
Zendesk appears in eDesk’s comparison of multi-brand support products. Gorgias’s 2026 guide characterizes Zendesk as an option for larger enterprises needing customization, while Richpanel’s guide places it among choices for broader routing and reporting needs. Those are vendor-published assessments, not independent findings.
For a multi-brand ecommerce operation, evaluate whether its configuration can keep brands distinct across routing, permissions, customer-facing identity, and reporting while giving agents the necessary store and order context. The cited material does not establish a specific multi-brand limit, ecommerce integration set, price, or plan allowance for Zendesk.
Best suited to evaluate: Larger or more complex teams that prioritize configurable routing and reporting. Limit: The cited sources do not provide enough product-specific detail to compare its ecommerce workflows or cost directly with Gorgias and Re:amaze.

- Flawless 4K@60Hz Video with HDMI: Delivers exceptional clarity and smoothness with its 4K@60Hz HDMI port, making it ideal for high-definition presentations and entertainment. (Note: Only the HDMI port supports video projection; the USB-C port is for data transfer only.)

- Fast and Reliable 85W Charging: Offers high-capacity, speedy charging for laptops up to 85W, so you spend less time tethered to an outlet and more time being productive.
- What You Get: Anker USB-C Hub (7-in-1), welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.
5. Freshdesk: compare as a general helpdesk with AI options
Freshdesk is included in eDesk’s comparison, and Richpanel’s guide identifies it among helpdesk and AI options. That makes it a reasonable candidate to compare when a company wants to assess a general helpdesk approach rather than assume a specialized ecommerce workflow is necessary.
Test the actual brand separation and store context required: routing rules, agent permissions, reporting by brand, and the ability to see the correct order details. The cited sources do not establish Freshdesk’s multi-brand limits, ecommerce integrations, current pricing, or the scope and billing of its AI features.
Best suited to evaluate: Teams comparing general helpdesk and AI capabilities against ecommerce-specific needs. Limit: No product-specific multi-brand entitlement or price is established here.
Sources: eDesk’s 2026 comparison; Richpanel’s customer-service software guide.
6. Help Scout: a collaboration-focused inbox option
Richpanel’s founder-authored guide identifies Help Scout as an option for inbox collaboration. That positioning makes it a candidate for teams whose immediate need is coordinated handling of support conversations, but it does not by itself establish multi-store ecommerce functionality.
For each brand, verify how the product handles separate customer-facing identities, access and routing, order context, and service reporting. The cited guide does not establish Help Scout’s brand limits, supported ecommerce platforms, pricing, or marketplace coverage.

7. Richpanel: assess for routine support and order-task automation
Richpanel’s guide, authored by its founder, recommends the product for automating routine support and order tasks. That focus can be relevant when the goal is not only to consolidate conversations but also to help agents complete repeatable ecommerce work.
Richpanel’s guidance also emphasizes checking required integrations and permissions and comparing the total bill with work completed correctly. Apply that test to each brand’s storefront and channels: automation is useful only when it can identify the right brand and perform the permitted action reliably. The cited guide does not establish a specific multi-brand limit, supported platform list, price, or independent performance result.
Best suited to evaluate: Teams seeking automation around recurring support and order workflows. Limit: The product-specific multi-brand plan and pricing details are not established in the cited material.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to choose software for a multi-brand support operation
- Map stores and channels. List every brand, its storefront platform, and the channels customers use: email, website chat, social accounts, SMS, voice, and marketplace messaging. Separate owned-store channels from marketplace channels.
- Define brand separation. Decide whether agents need distinct routing, signatures or other customer-facing identity, permissions, and reporting by brand. A shared inbox alone does not demonstrate these controls.
- Test order context and actions. Use representative questions from each brand. Confirm agents can find the right customer and store, see the relevant order history, and complete the necessary actions without confusing one brand’s records with another’s.
- Evaluate automation and AI economics. Compare how well automation handles your own cases, what counts as a billable unit, included usage, overage charges, and what happens when an allowance runs out. A ticket, session, and resolution are different units.
- Estimate normal and peak costs. Include seats, usage-based charges, implementation effort, and seasonal volume. Re:amaze, for example, lists included AI resolutions and per-resolution overage pricing in addition to per-member plan prices.
- Check scale and ownership. Assess setup support, role controls, reporting, and the effort required to maintain brand-specific rules as stores or channels change.
Use a trial or demo to run the same representative scenarios across shortlisted products. The evidence available does not establish an independently measured performance winner, so a vendor’s score or feature description should not substitute for testing the operation’s must-have workflows.
