Start by checking the Wi-Fi password and internet connection, then move the vacuum, phone, and router closer together while you troubleshoot. Next, confirm the Wi-Fi band your exact Eufy model supports. If setup still fails, reset its Wi-Fi using that model’s instructions—not a sequence meant for another Eufy vacuum.
1. Check the password and internet connection
- Re-enter the Wi-Fi password carefully, checking for typing errors.
- Confirm the router has internet access and that another device can connect to the network.
If other devices also cannot get online, resolve the router or internet problem before trying to connect the vacuum again.
2. Improve the signal during setup
Place the robot, phone, and router close to one another while connecting. This reduces the chance that a weak signal is interrupting setup.
3. Check the Wi-Fi band for your exact model
Supported bands vary by model, so check the vacuum’s manual or Eufy’s model-specific setup guidance rather than assuming all Eufy robots have the same requirements. Do not buy a router as a routine troubleshooting step. First check whether your existing router can provide the band required by your vacuum. If it cannot, confirm the vacuum’s requirements and the replacement router’s specifications before considering a purchase.
4. Reset Wi-Fi using the procedure for your model
Eufy documents different Wi-Fi reset steps for different vacuums. Use your model’s own instructions; the procedures below are examples, not a universal Eufy reset sequence.

Eufy S1 Pro
- Hold the robot’s reset button for five seconds.
- Wait for the Wi-Fi LED to flash or for a beep, which indicates the reset succeeded.
- Try connecting the vacuum again.
These steps are from Eufy’s S1 Pro Wi-Fi instructions.
Eufy X10 Pro Omni
- Press and hold the charging and spot-cleaning buttons at the same time for three seconds to reset Wi-Fi.
- Attempt setup again.
Eufy distinguishes this Wi-Fi reset from a forced reboot in its X10 Pro Omni Wi-Fi instructions. Do not use this button combination on another model unless its instructions specify it.

5. If it still will not connect
Look up the exact model’s manual or setup guide in Eufy’s robot vacuum support resources before trying another reset procedure. If an X10 Pro Omni continues to report a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth fault after the documented steps, Eufy advises contacting customer support through its model guidance.
