How to redeem a Heartopia code
- Log in to the Heartopia character for which you want to claim the reward.
- Open the Watch menu. On mobile, tap the watch icon in the top-right corner; on PC, press Tab.
- Choose Settings, then open the General tab.
- Select Redeem Code. Its exact corner placement may vary, so look for the label in General settings.
- Enter or paste the code, avoiding spaces before or after it, and submit.
- Check the Mailbox near your house for the reward. If it is not there, check your Bag as well.
This Watch > Settings > General route is described by a current guide checked October 3, 2026, and corroborated by a March 2026 guide. The older guide allows for delivery to either the Bag or Mailbox.

What to do if a code does not work
A code can be unavailable even when it appears on a code list. A current tracker notes that expiry, prior use, spaces, platform, region, or account eligibility may affect redemption; it describes codes as usable once per eligible account. Check the following:
- Check the deadline: For
moonlike2609, the posted deadline is October 7, 2026, at 10:59 AM UTC-5. A code may stop working after its expiry. - Remove accidental spaces: Paste the code carefully and remove any leading or trailing spaces.
- Use the exact spelling: Reports conflict on whether codes are case-sensitive. Copy the code exactly as published rather than assuming a capitalization change will work.
- Consider prior use and eligibility: A code may be limited to one redemption per eligible account, and platform, region, or account state can matter.
- Confirm delivery: Reopen the Mailbox near your house and check the Bag. If the reward still does not appear, restart the game and check again.
Older code lists may include expired or unconfirmed entries. For example, a tracker last updated in August 2026 labels some codes expired and others unconfirmed, so those listings do not establish that a code is currently redeemable.

How to judge a Heartopia code listing
Not every page labeled “working codes” provides the same level of evidence. Before relying on a listing, consider whether it identifies an official announcement or a community post, when it was published or updated, whether it gives an expiry, and whether it reports an actual successful redemption. The current guide checked October 3, 2026, says it did not redeem every code on a fresh account; the Moonlight Crystals code and deadline come from a community post, not an independently confirmed redemption.
A Heartopia-branded promotional page describes a once-only redemption condition for its own promotion and explains where to find a player UID. That information does not establish the status or eligibility of moonlike2609.
