Why the HK$111.05 revision remains unverified
The available results do not identify who supposedly cut a target by 12.90%, the prior target, the date of the change, or the originating analyst note. None of the cited snapshots corroborates both the claimed endpoint and percentage reduction. Without the dated source note and its calculation, the headline should be understood as an unverified claim, not an established analyst consensus update.
Do not infer a former target by reversing the percentage from HK$111.05: that would produce a calculated number, not evidence of an analyst’s published prior estimate.

Check the issuer and the meaning of “consensus”
The relevant company is Kingboard Holdings Limited, listed in Hong Kong as ticker 0148. Kingboard Laminates Holdings Limited, ticker 1888, is a separate listed company with separate forecasts. A target for 1888 cannot be used to support a claim about 0148.
When comparing target headlines, check the exact issuer and ticker, provider, analyst count, estimate window, target date, currency, and whether a quoted market figure is an observed share price or a forecast. A price target is an estimate, not a guaranteed future share price or realized return.
