To remove Bitmoji from Samsung Keyboard, open the Bitmoji app, tap the gear icon, choose Connected Apps, and turn off Samsung Keyboard. If Keyboard Content Centre is listed there, turn that off too. This disconnects the keyboard integration without removing your Bitmoji avatar from Snapchat.
Disconnect Bitmoji from Samsung Keyboard
- Open the Bitmoji app.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Connected Apps.
- Turn off Samsung Keyboard.
- If Keyboard Content Centre appears in the same list, turn it off as well.

Samsung’s emoji shortcut controls and menu names can vary by device and software version; see its emoji shortcut guidance. To hide the entire toolbar, switch off Keyboard toolbar in Samsung Keyboard settings, following Samsung’s toolbar instructions.
Keep the keyboard change separate from your Snapchat account
Turning off Samsung Keyboard in Bitmoji’s Connected Apps is not the same as unlinking or removing Bitmoji from Snapchat. Snapchat’s separate Remove My Bitmoji account action can permanently delete an avatar created through Snapchat and its saved Closet items. Do not use that account option just to stop Bitmoji appearing in Samsung Keyboard; Snapchat explains the difference in its unlink or delete guidance.

If you cannot find the option
Bitmoji documents the Samsung Keyboard feature for select Samsung devices running Android 10 or later. Samsung’s menus and available controls also differ across models and software versions. If Samsung Keyboard is absent from Bitmoji’s Connected Apps, first check that you are using the Samsung Keyboard integration rather than the separate Bitmoji Keyboard for Android.
