First find out whether Wachete recorded the alert. Open Wachete’s Notifications section and check the affected monitor’s history. If the alert appears there, check the selected recipient and search your email folders. If it does not, investigate whether the monitor loaded the page and whether its notification condition matched the change.
1. Check whether Wachete recorded the alert
Open Wachete’s Notifications section, which lists triggered monitor alerts. If the expected event is listed, Wachete recorded a notification and the next checks are its recipient settings and email filtering. If it is absent, move to the monitor checks below.
For API-managed workflows, Wachete’s REST API documentation also describes a notification-list endpoint, with an optional monitor ID filter. Use it to narrow the list to the monitor in question.
2. Verify the email address and monitor destination
Wachete describes profile email addresses and monitor notification destinations as separate settings. An address must first be added to the profile before it can be selected for monitor notifications.

- Check that the intended email address is present in your Wachete profile, spelled correctly, and still accessible.
- Edit the affected monitor and review its advanced notification settings. Confirm that the expected address is selected.
- If the monitor is managed through the API, inspect
notificationEndpoints. Wachete documents an Email endpoint type; an empty list defaults to all email endpoints.
3. Search for the message in your email account
Wachete’s FAQ identifies its sample notification sender as info@wachete.com and the subject as Wachete notification. Search for those details, then inspect spam, junk, quarantine, and any user-created folders or rules that move incoming mail.
The available Wachete guidance identifies the sample sender and subject but does not provide provider-specific allowlisting steps. If you find the message in a filtered folder, use your email provider’s controls to adjust how future messages are handled.

4. If there is no notification in Wachete
A missing entry points toward the monitor or its alert condition rather than email delivery. Check the monitor’s recent activity and work through these possibilities:
- The page did not load as expected. Open the monitor’s preview or history and confirm the page and target content are available.
- The selected content changed or disappeared. Check that the monitored text or element is still present and that the monitor is watching the intended part of the page.
- The alert condition did not match the event. Review the configured condition against the actual change; a page change does not necessarily meet every chosen notification rule.
- The page relies on dynamic content or blocks automated access. Wachete notes that some pages may need dynamic monitoring or a different monitoring location when content does not load in preview. Bot protections can also result in Forbidden responses. These are possible causes, not proof of what happened to a particular monitor.
5. Choose another notification channel if useful
Wachete documents phone notifications, mobile push, chat integrations, and RSS as alternatives for monitor changes or triggered notifications. Choose based on where you need to see an alert: push for a mobile workflow, chat for team visibility, or RSS for a feed-based setup. Wachete’s reviewed materials do not provide comparative delivery guarantees or latency figures for these channels.

If Wachete lists the alert but the message never arrives—or the monitor history does not explain why no alert was triggered—contact Wachete at info@wachete.com. Include the monitor name, approximate event time, whether the Notifications section shows an entry, and the recipient address. Do not send your password or API key.
Wachete’s reviewed pages do not document an email-delivery log or a current incident-status page, so support may be needed to check delivery on Wachete’s side.

If your broader need is to capture a page rather than monitor it for future changes, ScreenshotNeo offers a website screenshot API and MCP server. One GET request returns a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF capture:
Quick Recap
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://wachete.com -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. It removes cookie banners, popups, and chat widgets before capture; bot checks, blank pages, and failed loads are never billed. Its MCP server lets AI agents take screenshots. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card, and paid plans start at $5 for 3,000.
