To create a Streamlabs Cloudbot loyalty store, enable Cloudbot, switch on its Loyalty System, then add an item in Loyalty > Store. Choose an access code, sound effect, or stream perk; set its name, description, point cost, quantity, and cooldown; then choose how viewers can redeem it. The exact fulfillment fields depend on the reward type.
Before you add a store item
Cloudbot must be enabled, and its Loyalty System must be on before you can set up redemptions. Streamlabs’ Quick Guide: Setting Up Streamlabs Cloudbot, published May 19, 2026 and updated July 7, 2026, describes this setup sequence. The points system lets viewers earn points through activities you configure, and you can set a custom name for those points or block specific users from earning them.
- Enable Cloudbot in Streamlabs.
- Open Loyalty and turn on Enable Loyalty System.
- Set the point name and earning options to suit your channel.
Choose the reward type
Streamlabs describes its store as a place where viewers can spend points to redeem “sounds effects, perks, or even access codes.” Choose the type based on how you can fulfill the reward:

Add and configure an item
- In Streamlabs, open Loyalty, then open the Store settings.
- Select Add Your First Item and choose Access Code, Sound Effect, or Stream Perk.
- Enter the item’s name and description, then set its loyalty-point cost, quantity, and cooldown.
- Complete the content and fulfillment fields for the chosen type. Add a thumbnail if you want one. For a sound effect, upload the sound file; for an access code, supply codes and choose how they are distributed.
- If the reward needs information from the viewer, add the relevant requirement fields. For example, a perk that depends on a viewer’s account details may need information you can use to fulfill it.
- Optionally configure a redemption alert, then save the item.
Set a cost, quantity, and cooldown that you can honor
Use the point cost to reflect the effort or scarcity of the reward, and set quantity to match the inventory or capacity you actually have. The cooldown controls redemption pacing. These settings are especially useful for creator-fulfilled perks: an unlimited quantity or short cooldown can create more requests than you can handle.
Let viewers redeem rewards
Viewers can redeem a store item in either of two ways: by entering !redeem <keyword> in chat, or through your Streamlabs Cloudbot tip page after signing in. The keyword is the one you define for the item.

There is an important limitation: items with two or more requirement fields cannot be redeemed through chat. Streamlabs recommends making items with requirements redeemable only through the tip page. If a reward needs viewer-provided details, choose that route rather than asking viewers to try the chat command.
Set up redemption alerts
You can add an optional alert for redemptions and customize its appearance in the Alert Box under Cloudbot Redemption. An alert gives the channel a visible response when a viewer claims a reward; it does not replace the fulfillment work for a stream perk or ensure that a code or other reward is available.

Troubleshoot common setup and redemption problems
- You cannot add a store item: Confirm Cloudbot is enabled and Enable Loyalty System is switched on under Loyalty.
- A viewer’s chat redemption does not work: Check the item keyword and command format. Also check whether the item has two or more requirement fields; if it does, use the tip page instead of chat.
- A viewer cannot redeem an access code: Check that codes were added and that the distribution settings match the intended fulfillment.
- A sound redemption is silent: Confirm the item has an uploaded sound file and that its alert-box sound can be heard in your stream setup.
- Perk requests are difficult to keep up with: Revisit the item’s quantity and cooldown, and make the description clear about what you will provide.
- A redemption alert does not appear as expected: Review the customization under Alert Box > Cloudbot Redemption.
