Use Chrome DevTools’ Capture a full size screenshot command to save a webpage beyond the part currently visible on screen. Open DevTools, turn on the Device Toolbar, then choose More options > Capture a full size screenshot. The standard Capture screenshot command saves only the visible viewport. Chrome documents this workflow, but does not guarantee that every dynamic page—or every low-cost laptop—will produce a perfect capture. Chrome DevTools documentation
Capture the entire page with Chrome DevTools

Open the webpage in desktop Chrome.

Open DevTools using Chrome’s developer-tools control for your operating system.

Turn on the Device Toolbar in DevTools.

Open the Device Toolbar’s More options menu.

Select Capture a full size screenshot. Chrome describes this as capturing the whole page, including content not currently visible in the viewport.

Open the downloaded image and check that the page’s beginning and end are present and that important content looks right.

On Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS, Control+Shift+P opens the DevTools Command Menu if you need help finding DevTools commands. Chrome’s documented full-page capture route is still the Device Toolbar’s More options menu.
Choose full-size capture, not viewport capture
The similarly named Capture screenshot command captures what is currently visible in the viewport. To include content below the fold, choose Capture a full size screenshot instead. Chrome explains this distinction in its Device Mode documentation.

Check the result on dynamic pages
A saved image may not match what you expect if a page loads content as you scroll, has its own inner scroll areas, embeds content in frames, or animates elements. The documented command does not promise perfect rendering for every such page. Inspect the image before relying on it. If content is missing, try scrolling through the page and letting it finish loading before capturing again; this is a practical troubleshooting step, not a guarantee.

Optional toolbar alternative: GoFullPage
If you prefer a toolbar-based workflow or DevTools does not suit the page, GoFullPage is an optional Chrome Web Store extension. Its listing says to click the extension icon or use Alt+Shift+P, wait while it captures the page, and download the result as an image or PDF.
