To set up tipping on Streamlabs, connect a supported payment account in Streamlabs Dashboard > Tipping, customize and save your Tip Page, then share its URL where viewers can find it. 1. Connect a payment account

Choose a supported option and follow its authorization steps. Streamlabs documents PayPal Business and PayPal Standard. Its quick guide says PayPal Business supports credit cards and, for users in the US, Venmo; PayPal Standard is described as accepting PayPal. Choose an account with privacy in mind
Streamlabs recommends PayPal Business if you want more control over the personal information viewers see. It warns that details may be shown when you use a personal PayPal account, and that the information requested depends on the payment processor. Business onboarding can still require business and personal details, and account display settings matter; do not treat either setup as a guarantee of anonymity. 2. Customize and save your Tip Page

In Tipping, locate the Tip Page URL and open the page settings or customization controls shown in your dashboard.

Set the currency, minimum tip, and suggested or preset amounts. Decide whether to set a maximum tip, require tipper login, allow monthly recurring tips, and set a maximum message length. Customize the page’s appearance using the available theme, background, font, logo, and banner settings. Save your changes, then use the Tip Page URL shown in Tipping. Dashboard labels or layout can change, so follow the labels currently displayed in your account. Tip Page customization guide
3. Share the Tip Page URL
Place the URL in locations viewers can reach without searching for it. Streamlabs suggests Twitch and Kick panels; YouTube channel information and stream descriptions; Facebook Page bio or About information and stream descriptions; and Instagram or TikTok profile biographies. Streamlabs says PayPal processes PayPal tips directly and that funds are not held by Streamlabs. Its guide says the Tip Page can accept one-time and monthly recurring tips. PayPal may require a recipient to accept a payment manually; for payment or chargeback issues, contact PayPal. Some countries may be unable to send or receive PayPal payments, so check current processor eligibility and account terms for your location. Troubleshooting setup problems

The payment account will not connect: Check that you selected the intended payment option and completed its authorization flow, then return to Tipping to verify the connection. If the processor rejects the account or the payment feature is unavailable, check the processor’s eligibility and account requirements for your country.

Changes or the URL are difficult to find: Reopen the Tipping section and follow the current dashboard labels. Check that you saved the page settings and copied the Tip Page URL shown there.

A payment is pending or disputed: PayPal may require manual acceptance. Streamlabs directs users to PayPal for payment and chargeback issues.
