Peacock’s announced U.S. October 2026 schedule brings Disclosure Day to the service on October 9 and premieres Crystal Lake on October 15. Peacock says all eight episodes of the prequel series will be available at launch. The schedule comes from Peacock’s October 2026 roundup, updated September 30.

What is Disclosure Day about?
Peacock describes Disclosure Day as a Steven Spielberg-directed and co-written story about extraterrestrials revealing themselves to Earth’s human population. The cast listed by Peacock includes Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, and Colman Domingo. The film is announced as a Peacock Exclusive for October 9.

What is Crystal Lake about, and how many episodes arrive?
Crystal Lake is a Peacock Original prequel series made with A24. Linda Cardellini stars as Pam Voorhees. Peacock sets the story in the year after Jason Voorhees drowns at Camp Crystal Lake and says all eight episodes premiere October 15.

The two featured releases are part of a wider monthly lineup that includes films, series, and live sports. Peacock also lists Minions & Monsters as a Peacock Exclusive arriving October 28. The first three installments of the Friday the 13th franchise are scheduled to hit the streamer October 1, according to Peacock’s roundup.
