AcePDF Converter & Editor is advertised for $23.97, down from a stated $99.99 MSRP, with a “lifetime” license covering two devices. The offer page gives a deadline of October 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Those are promotional claims, not independently verified checkout or license terms, so check the live offer before buying.
What does the $23.97 AcePDF offer include?
The 2026 offer page from LFTS identifies the product as AcePDF Converter & Editor Lifetime License and advertises the following features. These descriptions come from the offer page; they are not independent test results.
- Batch conversion of PDFs to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and image formats
- Creation of PDFs from Word documents, spreadsheets, and images
- OCR for scanned documents
- PDF utilities including merging, splitting, compression, rotation, and password protection
- A form builder for fillable PDFs with text fields, checkboxes, and annotations
The offer says Windows and Mac versions have the full feature set. It does not specify supported operating-system versions or provide a detailed feature-by-feature platform comparison.

The offer calls the license “lifetime” and says one license covers two devices. It does not define whether lifetime means the buyer’s lifetime or the product’s supported lifetime, nor does it explain device transfers, key transferability, or whether future major releases are included. The offer’s wording alone does not settle those rights; review the terms shown at checkout before purchasing.
