Create a Google review QR code from your Business Profile on a computer: open Read Reviews, select Get more reviews, then save the displayed code. You can also copy the review link for email, receipts, or chat. Ask customers for honest feedback without incentives or pressure.
Create a Google review QR code or link
- On a computer browser, open the Google Business Profile for your business.
- Select Read Reviews, then Get more reviews.
- To share digitally, copy the review link. To make a QR code, right-click the displayed code and save the image.
- Before printing or distributing the image, scan it with a phone camera to confirm it opens the review flow.
Google says QR codes for review requests can be generated only in a computer browser, not on mobile devices. Follow Google’s current instructions for creating a Google link or QR code to request reviews.
Choose how to share the review request

Google suggests sharing the link on receipts, in thank-you emails, and at the end of chat interactions. It also lists email, WhatsApp messages, and Facebook posts as options, and recommends printing and displaying the QR code in a store. See Google’s review-link and QR-code guidance.
Ask for reviews without violating Google’s policies
Invite customers who have genuinely experienced your business to share honest feedback. You may ask for a review, but must not try to control its rating or wording.

- Do not offer payment, discounts, free goods, or services in exchange for a review, a review change, or removal of a negative review.
- Do not ask only customers you expect to leave positive reviews, discourage negative feedback, or require specific wording.
- Do not pressure customers to post while they are on your premises.
Google’s prohibited and restricted content policy explains the review rules. Violations may lead to removal of reviews or restrictions on the Business Profile, including temporarily blocking new reviews, temporarily unpublishing existing reviews, or showing consumers a warning. What customers need to leave a review
Customers must be signed in to a Google Account to submit a review. Google says that account can use a non-Gmail email address; see its tips to get more reviews.
