“Customer review plugin” can describe three different jobs. Choosing by the job—not by a single overall ranking—makes the comparison more useful.
Collect reviews directly on your WordPress site

Choose Reviews Feed for reviews you already have
Use it when your goal is to show platform-hosted reviews on WordPress rather than replace the original collection process. Confirm that the platforms you rely on are supported and that the synchronization and display options in the plan you select match your requirements.
Choose WP Customer Reviews for a moderated submission form
Consider it when you want visitors to submit business or product reviews and want approval moderation. The sources establish those core functions, but do not establish detailed feature-by-feature parity with the other plugins.

- Inspect schema output. Test representative review pages and resolve overlaps with your SEO plugin or theme.
