The JCPenney Associate Kiosk is reached from jcpassociates.com. The site separates access for current and former associates, so the correct sign-in route depends on your employment status.
Current associates use Active Associates and My Kiosk @ Home. Former associates use Former Associates and Former Associate Kiosk. The portal contains confidential JCPenney business and associate information, so use it only with authorized credentials and avoid entering your information on unofficial login pages.
JCPenney Associate Kiosk login
Use this route for a current JCPenney associate account:
- Open jcpassociates.com.
- Select Active Associates.
- Choose My Kiosk @ Home.
- On the JCPenney Information Security page, enter your credentials in the User Name and Password fields.
- Submit the sign-in form.
The current homepage calls the link My Kiosk @ Home. JCPenney’s password-reset instructions refer to the same active-associate entry point as Associate Kiosk @ Home.

The sign-in page is not a public employee dashboard. It warns that the site contains confidential JCPenney business and associate information and requires authorized use.
Forgotten active-associate password
JCPenney’s official reset instructions provide a direct password-reset page:
https://jams.jcpenney.com:8443/sspr/public/forgottenpassword
Follow this sequence:
- Enter your 9-digit Employee ID.
- Answer the configured Security Questions.
- Agree to the terms and select Continue.
- Enter a new password and select Change Password.
- Return to jcpassociates.com, select the active-associate kiosk link, and sign in with your 9-digit Employee ID and new password.
If you never set up Security Questions, JCPenney’s password-reset instructions say to call 1-800-870-1111 and follow prompts 2, then 1.
The login page also displays options for Change My Password While On The JCP Network and Forgot My Password and Vendor Password Changes. Do not assume that a reset email will be sent: JCPenney’s current reset document specifies the direct JAMS page, Employee ID, Security Questions, Continue, and Change Password.

Finding a forgotten Employee ID
From the official homepage:
- Select Look Up Employee ID.
- Choose Find your Employee ID.
- Complete the PeopleSoft lookup page.
The lookup application requires browser cookies. If cookies are disabled, it displays: “You must have cookies enabled in order to sign in to your PeopleSoft application.” Enable cookies for the JCPenney site, reload the page, and try again. If your browser blocks cookies globally, use the browser’s site-specific cookie settings rather than lowering security for every website.
Former Associate Kiosk login
JCPenney’s Former Associate Kiosk page says access is available for up to 18 months after the termination date.
- Go to jcpassociates.com.
- Select Former Associates.
- Choose Former Associate Kiosk.
- Enter the required credentials.
The former-associate User ID must be exactly nine digits. Add leading zeroes if the Employee ID has fewer than nine digits.
JCPenney’s published default-password convention is:
JCP + two-digit birth month + two-digit birth year + last four digits of SSN

For example, the official instructions show JCP01991234. That is an 11-character password: uppercase JCP, followed by the two-digit month, two-digit year, and four-digit SSN suffix. Treat this information as sensitive and do not share it with anyone.
Getting a former-associate W-2
After signing in to the Former Associate Kiosk:
- Open My Money.
- Select View W-2/W-2c Forms.
- Choose delivery for the two-factor authentication code by email or SMS.
- Enter the code when prompted.
- Select the tax year to open the PDF.
To switch years, select View a different Tax Year. To view the current-year form, select Year end form.
If the PDF does not open after selecting a year, the browser’s pop-up blocker may be stopping the new window. Allow pop-ups for the JCPenney kiosk and retry. If your email address or mobile number has changed, JCPenney’s official instructions say to call for help updating those fields.
Electronic W-2 forms are not available in Puerto Rico. The form must be mailed or reissued by mail.
Common Associate Kiosk problems

- Confirm that you are starting at jcpassociates.com, not an imitation employee-login site.
- Check that cookies are enabled, especially when using the Employee ID lookup.
- Allow pop-ups when opening a former-associate W-2 PDF.
- Use the exact nine-digit Employee ID, including leading zeroes where required.
- Do not repeatedly guess a password; use the official reset route or the listed support number.
- Do not send your password, SSN digits, or authentication codes by email or text.
What is not part of the official procedure
The reviewed JCPenney pages do not establish that the active login field is literally labeled Employee ID; the current login page labels it User Name. They also do not establish that active-associate access is restricted to store computers. The official process provides an at-home entry point and a direct password-reset page.
