Where to look in the Bing Search app

If Daily Offers are missing
1. Confirm the account
Check that you are signed in with the Microsoft account linked to Rewards. Activities and points are associated with that account, so using another account can make the Rewards page or progress appear missing.
2. Check the earn page or Daily set
Look beyond a menu named “Daily Offers.” The relevant activities may appear on an earn page or in a Daily set, and may include quizzes or trivia. Microsoft says these opportunities can be updated daily.
3. Check completion and synchronization
After completing a Daily set, look for its green checkmark. If points or a streak do not update, allow time for the dashboard to synchronize and verify that the activity shows as completed before repeating it.
4. Review limits and account eligibility
Daily limits and account eligibility affect what earns points. If a search counter has reached its limit, further searches may not earn points. Follow Microsoft Rewards terms; do not use automated queries or try to earn from another market.
