How to check your own Roblox hours
Roblox’s personal Screen time page is available to users 13 or older. You can open it from the Roblox website on a computer or from the Roblox mobile app.
On a computer
- Sign in to Roblox.
- Select the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Open Privacy & content restrictions.
- Select Screen time.
On iPhone or Android
- Open the Roblox app and sign in.
- Select More in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Open Privacy & content restrictions.
- Select Screen time.
The page shows recent Roblox activity, including a seven-day average and daily screen-time information. It also includes Top experiences, listing your top 20 experiences played during the last week. The personal feature also provides a Daily limit dropdown, according to Roblox’s Screen time instructions.

How to check a child’s Roblox hours
To view a child’s activity, you need a separate Roblox parent account with parent privileges. That account must be linked to the child’s Roblox account. Roblox says parents can use Roblox.com or its iOS and Android apps to access parental controls and usage insights. See the Parental Controls FAQ.
- Sign in to the parent account.
- On a computer, select the gear icon in the top-right corner. In the mobile app, select More in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Open Parental Controls.
- If more than one child is linked, select the child whose activity you want to inspect.
- Scroll to Screen time.
- Select Manage next to the chart.
The chart shows the child’s seven-day average for screen time, along with daily activity information.
See which Roblox games used the most time
From the child’s Screen time page, select Top experiences. Roblox displays the child’s top 20 experiences from the last week, including:

Roblox’s detailed Screen time instructions use the label Top experiences. Its Parental Controls Overview also uses the label Top games.

These figures should not be expected to match. The general screen-time chart measures all time spent on the Roblox platform, while Top experiences breaks out time spent in specific experiences. The list also includes only the top 20 experiences, not every experience played.
An experience that has been removed from Roblox will not appear in Top experiences, according to Roblox’s Screen time instructions.

Can you see your total Roblox hours for life?
Not through the current Roblox Screen time feature, according to Roblox’s official instructions. They document recent activity, a seven-day average, daily information, and a last-week top-20 list—not a lifetime-total-hours counter.
Be cautious with guides claiming that a standard Roblox account page contains a permanent “hours played” total. The current official path is designed for recent screen-time insights, not an all-time calculation.

- Open Settings. On desktop, use the gear icon; in the mobile app, use More.
- Select Parental Controls.
- Select the child’s account.
- Scroll to Screen time and select Manage.
- Open Screen time limit.
- Choose a value from the Daily limit dropdown.
When the child reaches the configured limit, Roblox displays a message that the limit has been reached and prevents the child from using Roblox for the rest of that day. If the parent unlinks the accounts, the parent can no longer view or manage the child’s screen-time limits, according to the Parental Controls FAQ.
If Screen time is missing
- Check the account type: personal Screen time instructions apply to users aged 13 or older. A child’s activity is accessed from the parent account’s Parental Controls section.
- Use the current menu path: the commonly repeated path Settings → Privacy → Screen Time is incomplete as a universal instruction. For an eligible personal account, look under Privacy & content restrictions; access a child’s data through Parental Controls.
- Verify the parent link: a parent account must have parent privileges and be linked to the child’s account before child activity and limits can be managed.
- Check the selected child: parents with multiple linked accounts must select the correct child before opening Screen time.
- Do not expect removed experiences in the list: Roblox says removed experiences do not appear under Top experiences.

Why can’t I see a child’s Roblox screen time?
The parent needs a separate Roblox account with parent privileges, and that account must be linked to the child’s account. If the accounts are unlinked, the parent cannot view or set the child’s screen-time limits.
