To reveal the Bing homepage quiz, open Bing and move your mouse below the search box. If it remains missing, the feature may not be available in your country or region; Microsoft’s reviewed guidance does not provide a dedicated repair sequence for a quiz that stays absent. If the quiz appears but Rewards activity or points are missing, check the account, syncing, market, and daily activity instead.
First, identify what is not working
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| The quiz does not appear on Bing’s homepage | Move the mouse below the search box to reveal it, then consider regional feature availability. |
| The quiz or daily activity appears, but Rewards credit is missing | Check the signed-in account, Rewards data syncing, market availability, and daily activity timing. |
If the homepage quiz is missing
- Open Bing.com.
- Move the mouse in the area below the search box. Microsoft documents this interaction as the way to reveal the daily quiz.
- If the quiz still does not appear, consider whether homepage features are available in your country or region. Microsoft Support notes that some homepage features may not be available everywhere.
- If it remains absent, consult Microsoft Bing help or contact support. Explain that the quiz is absent after trying the documented reveal interaction.
Microsoft’s reviewed homepage guidance does not specify a browser reset, cache-clearing procedure, or other dedicated repair for a quiz that remains absent. Avoid treating those steps as confirmed fixes.
If Rewards activity or points are missing
- Confirm that Bing or the Rewards dashboard is signed in to the Microsoft account associated with the activity. Microsoft lists a different signed-in account as a possible reason for missing points or a reset Daily set streak.
- Allow browser data to sync with Rewards. Microsoft identifies data that is not syncing as a possible Rewards-credit issue, not a proven cause of a quiz failing to appear on the homepage.
- Check the current Rewards dashboard and whether the daily activity has been completed. Microsoft says quiz and trivia opportunities are updated daily.
- Keep the market in mind: Rewards earning methods and limits vary by market. Do not assume every activity is offered to every account or region.
- If the issue continues, contact support and say whether the quiz is absent or appears but fails to register as a Rewards activity.
Microsoft recommends spacing searches throughout the day and avoiding rapid back-to-back searching, repetitive attempts to accumulate points, and programs, bots, or macros. This guidance concerns Rewards search limitations; it is not a repair for a missing homepage quiz.
