Microsoft Rewards does not send Robux directly to a Roblox account. In the U.S. catalog, it provides a Roblox Digital Card that you redeem separately at Roblox.com.
The current U.S. listing costs 13,000 Microsoft Rewards points and offers a choice of 800 Robux or 1,000 Robux. The offer can vary by country, account, and availability, so your catalog may show different options—or no Roblox card at all.

The card is for Robux at Roblox.com. It is not a cash reward, Roblox Credit, or a direct transfer. How to redeem Microsoft Rewards points for the Roblox card
- Sign in to the Microsoft account that contains your Rewards points.
- Open the Microsoft Rewards website.
- Select Redeem from the top menu.
- Select Gift cards.
- Select Roblox Digital Card.
- Choose 800 Robux or 1,000 Robux, if both options are displayed.
- Select Redeem now.
- Complete the identity verification Microsoft requests.
The Rewards site currently uses the top-level menus Dashboard, Earn, Redeem, About, and Order history. If the Roblox item is not listed under Redeem → Gift cards, it is not currently available to that account. Microsoft does not publish a guaranteed restock date.

Complete phone verification
If Microsoft asks for a phone number, use a working mobile or landline number. VoIP numbers are not accepted for this Rewards verification. A phone number can be associated with a maximum of six Microsoft Rewards accounts per household.
Enter the verification code exactly as received. After too many failed attempts, Microsoft requires a 48-hour wait before another attempt.
Complete QR-code verification
Microsoft may offer verification through the Bing app instead of a phone number. This option is available only when verification is required, you are using a web browser, and the reward is not configured for Auto-redeem. It does not appear when redeeming inside the Bing app.
- Start the reward redemption in a browser on the Microsoft Rewards website.
- When prompted, select Verify with the Bing app.
- Open the Bing app on your phone and scan the displayed QR code.
- Enter the six-digit verification code shown by the app.
- Select Verify.
- Return to the original browser window and finish redeeming the reward.
Find the Roblox code after redemption
Redeeming the Microsoft Rewards item creates a code or redemption link. It does not apply Robux automatically.
- Open the Microsoft Rewards website.
- Select Redeem.
- Select Order history.
- Find the Roblox order.
- Select Order Details.
The code or redemption link should appear in the order details. Microsoft also sends a confirmation email to the primary email address on the Microsoft account. If you cannot find the email, open the order in Order history and select Resend.

Do not share the code publicly. Treat it like a gift-card code until you have redeemed it.
Redeem the code for Robux
- Open a web browser and go to Roblox.com/redeem.
- Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the Robux.
- Enter the Microsoft Rewards code in the code field.
- Select Redeem.
- Wait for Roblox to display the confirmation message.
Roblox assigns the result to the account currently signed in at the redemption page. Check the account carefully before submitting the code. After a successful redemption, sign in to that Roblox account in a browser and look at the upper-right corner to confirm the Robux balance.
Can you redeem in the Roblox app?
Usually, no. Roblox gift-card redemption is not available in the standard Roblox mobile app or on consoles. Use a browser instead. The stated exception is the Roblox app on Samsung Galaxy devices, where the path is More → Redeem.

Gift-card redemptions are not classified as Earned Robux for Roblox’s Developer Exchange program. They cannot be cashed out through DevEx.

The Roblox reward is missing
Rewards catalogs differ by country, market, and account. A card visible in a search result or on another person’s account may not be available to you. It can also be temporarily out of stock.

Check Redeem → Gift cards again later. Microsoft does not provide a guaranteed restock or removal date, and support cannot give one. Do not change your region or use a VPN to try to expose another market’s catalog.
The order was canceled
Microsoft lists several possible causes:
- The redemption was made in a region different from the Microsoft account’s registered region.
- You earned or redeemed Rewards points across multiple regions.
- A VPN, proxy, or location-masking service was used.
- A VoIP number was used during verification.
- The reward became unavailable or went out of stock while the order was processing.
Use the account in its normal region, disable VPN and proxy services, and make sure the verification number is a regular mobile or landline number.

Rewards points must be redeemed in the same region associated with the Microsoft account. If you are traveling in another market, wait until you return to the account’s home country or region.
Phone verification does not work
- Confirm that the SMS code matches the code you entered.
- Use a mobile or landline number, not a VoIP number.
- Check whether the number is already connected to six Microsoft Rewards accounts in your household.
- If you have made too many failed attempts, wait 48 hours before trying again.
Roblox rejects the code
Re-enter the code manually and check characters that are easy to confuse. Roblox recommends checking these substitutions:

The code was redeemed on the wrong Roblox account
Roblox applies the redemption to the account that was signed in when the code was submitted. Check the username before selecting Redeem. If the code was already used on the wrong account, contact Roblox Support with the username, purchase details, code, serial number, receipt, and relevant screenshots.
The code produces no Roblox Credit
That is expected for this offer. The Microsoft Rewards Roblox card is intended for Robux at Roblox.com, not Roblox Credit. Some Roblox gift cards support Credit, but this particular reward is described as a Robux-only card.
Important warnings about Robux offers
There is no Microsoft Rewards “Robux generator.” Websites, videos, or Roblox experiences promising unlimited free Robux are commonly attempts to steal account credentials or payment information. Microsoft Rewards issues a card or code; it does not bypass Roblox’s redemption system.
Likewise, a VPN is not a safe way to unlock a reward listed in another country. Microsoft prohibits redeeming outside the applicable market, and location mismatches can lead to canceled orders or account problems.
U.S. redemption checklist
- Have at least 13,000 Microsoft Rewards points.
- Confirm that Roblox Digital Card appears under Redeem → Gift cards.
- Check whether the available choice is 800 Robux, 1,000 Robux, or another amount.
- Redeem from your normal Microsoft account region.
- Turn off VPN and proxy services.
- Use a non-VoIP phone number if Microsoft requests SMS verification.
- Retrieve the code through Redeem → Order history → Order Details.
- Open Roblox.com/redeem in a browser while signed in to the correct Roblox account.
- Check the Robux balance after confirmation.
