Before you start
- Connect to the Piso WiFi system’s local Wi-Fi network or connect a computer to the router by Ethernet.
- Use the network intended for that router; administration requires a local connection.
- Check the router label or installation information for its address and owner- or installer-issued credentials.
How to log in to the Piso WiFi admin panel
- Join the local network. Connect to the Piso WiFi network or connect a computer to the router by Ethernet.
- Open a browser. Use a web browser on the connected device.
- Enter the address in the address bar. For the setup documented by TP-Link Philippines, enter http://10.0.0.1/admin. Do not enter it in a search box.
- Sign in with the owner- or installer-issued credentials. There is no single default credential that applies to every Piso WiFi system. Use the credentials supplied for your router.
- Submit the login form. The button label depends on the router’s interface.
Customer portal versus operator login

The distinction is setup-dependent. If the address or page differs, check the router’s label or installation information rather than assuming every Piso WiFi unit uses the same paths.
Find the correct router address
If the admin page does not load, confirm that your device is on the intended local network and check the router’s label or your device’s network details for the actual gateway. Some setups use an address such as 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 instead.
Windows
- Connect to the Piso WiFi network or router by Ethernet.
- Open Command Prompt and run ipconfig.
- Find the active Wi-Fi or Ethernet adapter and check its Default Gateway. If it differs from 10.0.0.1, try the displayed gateway address.
macOS
Open your active network connection’s details in system settings and look for the router or gateway address. The exact menu labels vary by macOS version.

Open the details for the connected Wi-Fi network and look for a field such as Router or Gateway. Menu labels and locations vary by device.
What you can change after logging in
Available settings and their menu paths depend on the installed platform and firmware. LPB Piso WiFi and AdoPiSoft, for example, can use different labels or locations for controls such as pause time. Follow the instructions for your specific system rather than relying on a menu path intended for another platform.

Common login problems and fixes
The admin page does not load
- Confirm that your device is connected to the intended Piso WiFi network or router.
- Check the router label or your device’s network details for the actual gateway address.
- Enter the complete address in the browser’s address bar, including http:// and /admin where applicable.
- If you still cannot reach the page, consult the owner, installer, or documentation for that router and platform.
The browser searches instead of opening the router
Enter the complete URL in the browser’s address bar, not in a search box. For the setup described by TP-Link Philippines, use http://10.0.0.1/admin.
The page opens, but the password is rejected
Use the credentials supplied by the owner or installer, and check the router label or installation information. Defaults and login requirements vary by router model; do not assume a credential listed for another unit will work.

Security after login
- Use credentials provided by the owner or installer and protect them from unauthorized access.
- Do not assume one password-change procedure applies to every Piso WiFi system; follow instructions for your router and platform.
- Consult the platform’s documentation before changing settings that could affect customer access.
FAQ
What is the Piso WiFi admin address?
For the setup documented by TP-Link Philippines, the operator page is http://10.0.0.1/admin. The base address may open the customer portal. Other installations can use different addresses.
What is the default Piso WiFi username and password?
There is no single default credential for every Piso WiFi system. Use the owner- or installer-issued credentials and check the router’s label or documentation.

Why can’t I open the admin page?
First confirm that you are connected to the intended local network. Then check the router label or your device’s network details for its actual gateway address, which may differ from 10.0.0.1.
Is the customer portal the same as the admin panel?
Not necessarily. In the setup documented by TP-Link Philippines, the base address is associated with the customer portal and the /admin path is used for operator access.
