What is the Bing Homepage Quiz?
The name “Bing Homepage Quiz” is commonly used for a quiz or daily activity associated with Bing and Microsoft Rewards. Microsoft’s current public Rewards information confirms that quizzes and daily activities can earn points, alongside Bing searches, challenges, Xbox activity, and Microsoft Store purchases.
However, Microsoft does not currently document a separate, universal product called “Bing Homepage Quiz.” It also does not promise that every account will see the same quiz every day. The activity may appear as a card or tile in the Rewards experience, or as an earning opportunity connected with Bing.

This distinction matters because many older guides describe a fixed interface—for example, a permanent Quiz button on the Bing homepage—or quote a fixed number of questions and points. Those details can change by account, country, promotion, and date.
How to find the quiz
- Open rewards.bing.com.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Rewards.
- Select Earn from the current Rewards navigation.
- Review the available activities and look for a quiz, daily activity, or similarly named card.
- Alternatively, open Bing.com while signed in and check the Rewards or earning area displayed for your account.
- Open the activity and follow its on-screen instructions. Return to the Rewards page afterward to confirm whether your points balance changed.
The current Rewards navigation is Dashboard → Redeem → Earn → About → Order history → Refer and Earn. Microsoft’s Help navigation includes FAQ → Best practices → Redeem your promo code → Sitemap. The Earn page redirects visitors who are not signed in to Microsoft account sign-in, so you must log in before you can verify the live activity list.
What you should expect
There is no reliable universal specification for the activity. Microsoft’s public Rewards pages do not establish a permanent quiz title, question count, answer format, daily schedule, or fixed point reward.

How points are credited
Complete the activity while signed in to the Microsoft account connected to Rewards. Points normally appear in the Rewards experience or account balance, although the display may not update instantly. Refresh the page and check the activity status before attempting the same activity repeatedly.

Microsoft says that earning methods, point limits, and available rewards vary by market. Therefore, the point value displayed on your signed-in activity card is more useful than an old article or screenshot showing a different value.

Do not confuse quiz points with search points
Microsoft’s Rewards information and FAQ currently show conflicting information about Bing search points. One version says qualifying searches earn 3 points per search, with daily limits of 15, 30, and 60 for Member, Silver, and Gold. Another rendered FAQ version says 5 points per search, with limits of 25, 50, and 100.
That inconsistency applies to search-point documentation, not proof that a quiz has a particular value. Microsoft does not publish one universal current point value for every quiz or daily activity. Use the value shown in your own Rewards account.
What to do if the quiz is missing
- Check the Earn page directly. Go to rewards.bing.com/earn, sign in, and inspect the available activity cards.
- Confirm the account. Make sure Bing, MSN.com, the Bing mobile app, Xbox, and the Rewards site are using the Microsoft account associated with your points balance.
- Check Bing.com as well. Microsoft directs users to both rewards.bing.com and bing.com for available earning opportunities.
- Refresh without repeating activity excessively. Sign out and back in if the page appears stale, then check the balance or activity status.
- Check your market and location. Microsoft states that activities and rewards vary by market. A missing quiz may be unavailable to your account rather than a browser problem.
- Look for account notices. If Microsoft requests account or location validation, follow the instructions rather than trying to bypass the restriction.
There is no supported setting that forces a quiz to appear. Changing your region or using a VPN is especially risky and is not a legitimate troubleshooting method.

The current public Rewards page lists three account levels: Member, Silver, and Gold. Microsoft’s Rewards page lists these monthly requirements:

Depending on market availability, Gold level-up activities can include searching with Bing for seven consecutive days, checking in to the Bing app for seven consecutive days, completing the daily set for seven days, using Bing as the default search engine for 14 days, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or Xbox Master Card ownership in the United States.

Completing a level-up activity does not create an extra bonus beyond the points generated by the underlying activity. For example, completing a daily set as a level-up activity does not necessarily produce a separate bonus payment.
Rules that can affect your Rewards account
Microsoft’s Rewards support guidance prohibits several practices that can cause points to be removed or an account to be suspended:

- Using a VPN or another service to alter your true IP address.
- Trying to earn points from more than one country on the same day.
- Redeeming points outside the country where they were earned.
- Using bots, macros, cheat codes, mobile emulators, or other automated methods.
- Maintaining multiple user accounts to increase earnings.
Temporary travel does not automatically change the Rewards experience, but Microsoft prohibits earning from more than one country on the same day. If Microsoft asks you to validate your location, be prepared to provide it through the official support process.
Redeeming points earned from quizzes
Open Redeem in the Rewards navigation to see the options available to your account. Microsoft says available rewards can include gift cards, sweepstakes, donations, and other offers, but the catalog varies by market.
Do not assume that a reward shown in a guide or screenshot is available in your country. The live Redeem page is the authoritative list for your account. You can review completed redemptions under Order history.

How many points does the quiz give?
There is no universally documented current quiz value. Check the points shown on your own activity card. Do not rely on claims that every quiz awards exactly 10 points.
Why can’t I see the quiz?
The activity may not be available for your market or account. First confirm that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account, then check both rewards.bing.com/earn and Bing.com. Also look for account or location-validation notices.
Can I use a VPN to access a different quiz or earn more points?
No. Microsoft warns that altering your true IP address can cause the account to be questioned and can result in losing the ability to earn or redeem points. Earning from more than one country on the same day is also prohibited.
