To manage reviews, open your Hostinger dashboard, select Ecommerce, open the relevant store, then go to Products → Product reviews in Store Manager. From there, you can find reviews, change their moderation status, and configure collection and review-request settings.
Find, search, and filter product reviews
After opening Store Manager → Products → Product reviews, use the search field to find reviews by product name, SKU, review text, or reviewer. You can also filter by status, rating, date, product name, and other fields. Use the filter-management controls to choose which filters appear and their order. The selected filters are reflected in the URL, so you can bookmark a filtered view or share it with a teammate. On mobile, reviews appear as stacked cards instead of a table, with the same moderation actions.
If reviews are not enabled for the store, the page prompts you to turn them on. Availability depends on the documented sales-channel setup: Hostinger describes reviews for Quick Link stores, and its current guide also provides collection switches for connected AI Builder or Quick Link channels. The available sources do not establish identical eligibility across every storefront type or plan. See Hostinger’s review-management guide and product overview.
Recommended Free Tools
Approve, reject, or remove reviews
Select a review to act on it, or select multiple reviews using their checkboxes and apply a bulk action. The available actions are:
#1 Best Overall
- Publish: Make the selected review visible to shoppers.
- Mark pending: Return it to a pending state so it is not currently published.
- Reject: Prevent the selected review from being published.
- Delete: Remove the review. Use this only when you want it removed, rather than simply changing its visibility or moderation status.
The Moderate reviews setting determines how new submissions are handled by default. When enabled, new reviews remain pending until you publish or reject them. When disabled, reviews that pass Hostinger’s AI scan publish automatically. Automatic publication after that scan is not proof that each review has been independently verified as a purchase.
Choose manual or automatic moderation
Manual moderation gives you a decision point before a new review appears, while automatic publication reduces the need to handle each passing submission yourself. Choose based on how much direct control you want over publication and how quickly reviews should appear; Hostinger’s documentation does not report measured moderation accuracy or workload outcomes.
| Mode | Review control | Staff involvement | Publication timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Moderation enabled | New reviews wait for your publish or reject decision. | You decide how to handle pending submissions. | After you publish a review. |
| Moderation disabled | Reviews that pass the AI scan publish automatically. | No manual decision is required for reviews that pass the scan. | Automatic after the AI scan. |
Turn collection on or off by channel
On the Product reviews page, open Settings. The Collect reviews control is the global collection setting. Separate channel switches control collection for connected AI Builder or Quick Link sales channels. Reviews are shared among connected channels where collection is enabled, so enabling collection on a channel makes the shared reviews available there as well.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsTurning collection off for a channel also cancels queued review-request emails for that channel. Consider this before disabling collection if invitations are already scheduled.
Set up review-request emails
Enable Ask for reviews by email in the review settings to invite customers to leave a review a set number of days after an order is completed. The current Ecommerce guide does not list all available delay values. A separate, AI Builder-specific guide lists 1, 7, 14, and 30 days, with seven days as the default; treat those choices as specific to that guide rather than universal across all Ecommerce channels. See Hostinger’s AI Builder review setup guide.

On a product page, shoppers see a star-rating summary and review count below the product title. Selecting the summary takes them to the reviews section, which includes the overall rating, a star-distribution breakdown, and individual reviews. If there are no reviews, the page invites visitors to leave the first one.
Rank #4
Hostinger’s Quick Link launch note says the review list displays five reviews per page with a Show more reviews control. It also describes a submission form requiring a star rating and valid email, with product context, a character counter up to 1,000 characters, and a privacy note. These details are specific to the Quick Link launch documentation, dated July 20, 2026: Hostinger Changelog: Product reviews now available in Quick Link stores.
