There are six Underpass Fast Travel Doors in Control Resonant: Sinkhole, The Spire, Fault, Halfway Trail, Research Stations, and Deepest Underpass. The route guide’s sequence is Sinkhole → The Spire → Fault, then back to The Spire → Halfway Trail → Research Stations → Deepest Underpass. Interact with each door to make it available; travel is between unlocked doors, not from anywhere on the map.
Requirements and how Underpass fast travel works
PowerPyx reports that Fast Travel Doors appear on the map when you approach them and become permanently available after you interact with them. Once available, they let you travel from one door to another. The route guide says the feature becomes usable during the main quest Welcome to Manhattan, so complete that quest before depending on door travel as a shortcut. Underpass itself is reached during Recursions and Iterations, according to PowerPyx’s Underpass entry guide. A separate quest, Underpass Fault, has an additional traversal requirement: an unofficial progression guide says it requires the Reach ability, obtained through Subway Fault at Railyard Street Station in the Evacuation Zone. That quest requirement does not apply to the entire six-door list. The Fault fast-travel door at Tubes Island is a location, not the Underpass Fault quest. The progression guide also identifies Underpass Fault as a gate for The House in Distress.
All six Underpass doors in route order
The route below follows the connected path in the guide; it is not a set of six separate unlock puzzles. Its directions are guide-reported rather than independently tested.

Sinkhole
Start beside the Sinkhole door in the courtyard. Face the open stairwell pit, descend through the lit passage and stairs, and continue into the cavern of suspended concrete blocks.

The Spire
From the cavern viewpoint, cross the suspended platforms and move through the interior rooms. Do not try to reach the door by crossing directly from the initial viewpoint: follow the platforms and rooms, climb through the stacked blocks, and take the rooftop route to the red-carpeted door.

Fault at Tubes Island
From The Spire, cross the concrete pillars toward Tubes Island and the structure with exposed orange pipes. The Fault door sits on an elevated circular platform covered in red carpet. This is the Fault fast-travel location, distinct from the Underpass Fault quest.

Return to The Spire
Use the Fast Travel menu to select The Spire, or backtrack across the platforms. The guide relies on door travel for this return, so interact with The Spire first and make sure door travel is available before counting on the shortcut.

Halfway Trail
From The Spire, head south across the concrete pillars. Climb the wall using floating blocks and ledges, then enter the red-carpeted interior passage. The Halfway Trail door is on the rooftop.

Research Stations
From Halfway Trail, turn toward the distant opening and climb the orange-trimmed structure. Continue through the rooms and offices where gravity shifts until you reach the cable-car station. Climb above the car to find the Research Stations door on the rooftop.

Deepest Underpass
At the cable-car station, call the car with the yellow button, board it, operate its lever, and cross the chasm. Continue through the mossy cavern and the office-and-duct route. Pass through the upper gravity-shifting rooms to reach the raised platform with the Deepest Underpass door. The guide notes that story progress can also bring you to this final door if the cable-car route is unavailable.
