Identify your exact Intel wireless adapter and AMD Radeon GPU, then match each to its official support list. On laptops and all-in-ones, check the computer maker’s driver page first: customized drivers can support system-specific features that reference packages may not.
Start by identifying your PC and components
The title alone is not enough to choose a safe driver. Find your computer’s manufacturer and model, then confirm the exact Intel Wi-Fi adapter, Bluetooth adapter, and Radeon graphics model using the PC’s specifications or its manufacturer’s support page. You can also check the device names in Windows Device Manager, under Network adapters, Bluetooth, and Display adapters.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are separate driver components, even when they use the same Intel wireless card. A current Wi-Fi package does not establish that the Bluetooth package is current or applies to your adapter.
Get the Intel Wi-Fi driver
Use Intel’s PROSet/Wireless driver and software support page to check the adapters supported by the available package. Intel offers an automatic option through Intel Driver & Support Assistant as well as manual package selection. Confirm that your adapter is on the package’s support list before installing it; some discontinued adapters have separate support pages.

Intel’s page was last reviewed on August 10, 2026, and listed package 24.60.0 for the adapters and Windows 10/11 versions covered there. Driver listings change, so use the live page to verify the current package and compatibility rather than treating that version as universal.
Get the Intel Bluetooth driver separately
Check Intel’s Wireless Bluetooth support page and confirm that your adapter is included in the package you intend to install. The Bluetooth listing is separate from the Wi-Fi listing, and Intel advises checking with the computer manufacturer before installing software or requesting Intel support. The page was last reviewed on September 9, 2026; check it for current packages and supported hardware.

Choose an AMD Radeon driver by GPU model
Use AMD’s product support page to locate your exact Radeon model, then review the release notes for the package and operating system. A Windows 11 support statement applies only to the products covered by those release notes; it is not proof that every Radeon GPU or OEM computer is supported.
AMD’s Adrenalin 24.7.1 release notes explicitly list Windows 11 version 24H2 support for the Radeon products covered by that package. That dated example does not mean 24.7.1 is the newest or correct driver for your GPU. Later release notes, including 24.12.1 and 25.6.1, state Windows 11 version 21H2 and later for their respective supported product sets. Check the current notes for your model.

For laptops and all-in-ones, check the PC maker first
AMD says its reference notebook drivers have limited support for system-vendor-specific features and recommends OEM-provided drivers customized and validated for those systems. Start with the computer maker’s driver page if you rely on features such as graphics switching, power management, or other system-specific behavior. If an AMD reference package causes problems, AMD’s release notes also direct users toward the OEM driver.
Use this installation route
- Record the exact models: note the PC model, Intel wireless adapter, and Radeon GPU. Do not select a package based only on “Windows 11 24H2.”
- Check the OEM support page: look up the PC model on its manufacturer’s website, especially for a laptop or all-in-one, and compare its Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and graphics packages.
- Match Intel packages separately: on Intel’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support pages, verify that each relevant package lists your adapter and Windows version. Use Intel Driver & Support Assistant or manual selection for Wi-Fi if appropriate.
- Match the Radeon package: find your GPU on AMD’s product support page and verify that the release notes cover both your model and operating system.
- Install only the applicable package: use the vendor or PC-maker download page, and follow its installation instructions. Avoid third-party driver-download sites and driver updaters when official sources are available.
- Check Windows Update: after choosing component drivers, check whether your PC is eligible for a newer Windows release.
If a driver is missing or a feature stops working
- Your model is not listed: do not assume a package for a similar adapter or GPU will work. Check the device maker’s separate support page or the PC manufacturer’s listing.
- Wi-Fi works but Bluetooth does not: verify the Bluetooth package independently; the two components have separate support listings.
- Graphics behavior changes after an update: on a laptop or all-in-one, check the OEM package for your exact PC model. The reference driver may not cover system-specific features.
- You are unsure which device is installed: use the PC’s specifications or manufacturer support page to confirm the component model before downloading.
Windows 11 24H2 support deadline
Microsoft’s release-health page, marked current as of March 27, 2026, says Windows 11 24H2 Home and Pro editions reach end of updates on October 13, 2026. Microsoft says those editions will then stop receiving fixes for known issues, time-zone updates, technical support, and monthly security and preview updates that include protections against the latest security threats. Check Windows Update for a newer eligible release rather than treating a component-driver update as a substitute for Windows servicing.

Microsoft’s update history describes features added in 24H2, including Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth LE Audio enhancements, but those features do not establish compatibility for every adapter. Driver support still depends on the exact hardware and package.
