What Muscle Booster does
Muscle Booster is a workout-planning app for home and gym training. Its Google Play listing says plans can be tailored using details such as age, height, weight, fitness level, schedule, training location and available equipment. It also describes calisthenics-based plans, the option to enter physical limitations, reminders and an AI fitness test. These are features claimed by the app publisher, not independent confirmation that its plans are safe or well suited to every user.
The US Apple App Store listing describes home and gym workouts, progress tracking, Apple Health and Apple Watch integration, and a calorie tracker. It is free to download, but continued use requires a subscription; a trial may be offered.
Is Muscle Booster worth it?
It is most plausibly useful if you value having a structured routine selected for your goals, schedule and equipment, and the available exercises suit your ability. A plan can make it easier to decide what to do in a workout; the practical value depends on whether you actually use it and whether its routines fit your needs.

Is Muscle Booster a subscription, and what does it cost?
Yes. The app is free to download, but a subscription is required for further use. Before confirming, inspect the checkout screen for the amount due now, the billing interval, any trial length, and the amount and date of the first renewal. A Google Play reviewer reported paying $10.99 for the first month and seeing a $39.99 charge the following month on July 17, 2026. That is one person’s report, not a current or universal price; it is a reminder to read the terms of the specific offer shown to you.
How renewal and cancellation work
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time. Muscle Booster’s Terms of Use, last updated June 17, 2026, state: “Your subscription will automatically renew until canceled 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle or end of the free trial.” The terms also say: “Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription or free trial.”

Cancel through the same channel you used to subscribe: the direct website, Apple, or Google Play. Apple’s listing says renewals are charged through the Apple ID and auto-renewal must be turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Check the account or subscription settings for your billing platform and confirm that cancellation is recorded; removing the app is not a substitute.
