Yes. As of October 8, 2026, eligible Walmart+ members can choose either Peacock Premium or Paramount+ Essential at no additional charge. Both included plans are ad-supported, and you can have only one streaming benefit active at a time. Walmart allows you to switch the selection once every 90 days. Check the Walmart+ Benefits Hub for availability and the current options on your account.
What Walmart+ includes
The streaming benefit is called Video Streaming Choice. Walmart describes it as a choice of one ad-supported service every 90 days: Peacock Premium or Paramount+ Essential. The included benefit does not provide both services at once, and it does not include either service’s ad-free tier. Walmart’s help page says members can have only one streaming benefit at a time.

Walmart added Peacock as an alternative to Paramount+ in a September 1, 2025 announcement. The current Walmart+ membership page continues to list the choice. The benefit, available providers, plans, and eligibility can change, so the account hub is the best place to confirm what you can select.
How to activate the streaming benefit
- Sign in to the Walmart account associated with your Walmart+ membership.
- Open Account, then Walmart+, and find the streaming choice in the Benefits Hub.
- Select Get Peacock or Get Paramount+.
- Sign in to an existing account with that streaming provider or create one, then complete the linking steps shown on screen.
If you already subscribe directly to the service you want to select, cancel that subscription first. Walmart says the final billing cycle must expire before you link the service through Walmart+; canceling alone does not immediately make the account eligible.

How to switch between Peacock and Paramount+
In your Walmart+ account hub, open the Video Streaming Choice tile or the tile for your current streaming benefit. If your account is eligible to change, choose the other service and follow the linking instructions. Walmart permits a change once every 90 days. If you want to keep your existing selection, no action is needed.
Ad-free upgrades and their listed prices
You can pay extra through Walmart to upgrade the included ad-supported plan. Walmart’s current help page lists these U.S. upgrade prices:

These are additional charges, not part of the no-additional-charge benefit, and require a paid Walmart+ membership. Walmart says upgrade charges are billed through Walmart and that members can manage or downgrade an upgrade in their Walmart+ account. Prices may change; check the account hub before choosing an upgrade. Peacock announced a $6 monthly Premium Plus upgrade in June 2026, but Walmart’s current help page lists $7 per month for its upgrade, so the amount shown to you at checkout is the relevant one.
Who can use the benefit?
The offer is U.S.-focused and has geographic and membership restrictions. Walmart+ requires a U.S. billing address and is unavailable in some territories. Streaming availability in Puerto Rico depends on the streaming provider’s requirements, so check both the Walmart account and provider terms for your location.

Choose based on the shows, sports, and other programming you actually want to watch, as well as the catalog available in your location. Walmart’s benefit information establishes the eligible tiers and selection rules, but it is not a complete catalog comparison. Check each streaming service’s current listings before switching, and weigh any ad-free upgrade against its extra charge.
