Which HONOR devices were named for MagicOS 10?
HONOR’s MagicOS 10 calendar covered mainland China only and explicitly excluded Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Its model-family list is not a universal eligibility guarantee: HONOR said feature support varies by product and directed users to official announcements for model-specific schedules. What did the later 10.0.0.160 notice say?
A later HONOR community notice listed device families for MagicOS 10.0.0.160 and said phased OTA distribution would start June 15, 2026. It named Magic V6, WIN, V5, GT, V3, the 500/400/300/200/100 families, V2 and Vs families, V Flip2, 90 GT, Power, X80i, X70, X70i, X60 GT, and the Magic8, Magic7, Magic6, and Magic5 series. The notice estimated the package at approximately 2.8 GB; that is HONOR’s estimate, not an independently measured download size. It advised users to use stable Wi-Fi and ensure sufficient battery before updating. HONOR community notice

How to check for the update on your phone
- Connect to stable Wi-Fi and make sure your phone has sufficient battery, as advised in HONOR’s notice. HONOR community notice
- Open Settings > System Update.
- Check whether an update is offered for your device. If none appears, the announced schedule alone cannot confirm whether your exact model, variant, or market has received an OTA; check current HONOR announcements for your region.
Are the MagicOS 10 dates still a current promise?
No. The October 2025–Q1 2026 calendar and the June 15, 2026 phased-rollout start are historical announced milestones. As of October 8, 2026, HONOR’s China OS landing page is promoting MagicOS 11, with a first phase dated September 15, 2026 and further upgrades listed for October–November 2026. What the schedule does—and does not—tell you
- If your model family appears: HONOR named it in a mainland China schedule or later family list, but that does not verify delivery to every handset.
- If you use a phone outside mainland China: these dates do not establish your regional rollout. The cited schedule excludes Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, and the available notices do not settle global-market timing.
- If your exact model is absent or unclear: family labels may not identify every variant. Consult HONOR’s support or update announcements for the exact model and market.
