The same page says 4.5.27 is the last 4.5 release to support older Windows versions and 32-bit systems. It states that Rainmeter 5.0 requires a recent 64-bit Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) or Windows 11. Those statements describe later releases and must not be applied as requirements for 4.5.20.
