The FAQ says preview can fail if a file is damaged, its header information is unavailable, or the file exceeds the stated size threshold. The limits are 50 MB for photos, text files, archives, and documents, and 500 MB for audio and video. How the advertised recovery workflow works
Tweak Library describes a workflow in which a user chooses a scan location and mode, selects file types, scans, previews results, and recovers selected files to another location. What to do before scanning a drive
The product FAQ warns against saving recovered files to the same location from which they were deleted. Its review page also advises limiting activity on the affected device, since new activity may overwrite lost data, and saving output to another partition. Price, license duration, and refund terms
