Open Mail and select Junk Email in the left navigation pane. If you don’t see it, open the three-line menu in the upper-left corner, choose Folders, then select Junk Email.
Find Junk Email in the Windows 10 Mail app

Open Mail on your Windows 10 computer.

In the left navigation pane, select Junk Email.

If the folder list is hidden, select the three-line menu in the upper-left corner, choose Folders, and then select Junk Email.

If a wanted message is in Junk Email
For an Outlook.com account, Microsoft recommends checking Junk Email when a message is missing. If you find the message there, select it and choose Report > Not junk. Another email app can sometimes mark a message as junk. Microsoft’s Outlook.com missing-email guidance.

Outlook.com automatically removes messages from Junk Email after 30 days, and Microsoft says those removed messages cannot be recovered. This retention rule applies to Outlook.com; it should not be assumed for other providers connected to Mail. Microsoft’s Outlook.com guidance.
Windows Mail and Outlook.com use different folder controls
The steps above are for the Windows 10 Mail app. In Outlook.com in a browser, the three-line icon shows or hides the folder pane; on a small display, maximize the browser or scroll left to see the folder list. Outlook.com’s Junk Email folder receives messages with junk characteristics that were not blocked before reaching the mailbox. Microsoft’s Outlook.com folder guidance. Controls and retention can vary by client and email provider, so these browser directions are not the Windows Mail navigation steps. Microsoft’s junk-filter overview.
