As of October 8, 2026, Pebble lists the Round 2 smartwatch for $199 and estimates that new orders will ship in December. For customers who already preordered, Pebble expects the remaining batches to ship through December, with all preorders scheduled to finish shipping by month’s end. Neither timeline is guaranteed: Pebble says production dates may change and delays are possible.

These are different milestones: “ships in December” for a new order is not the same as delivery in December, and the preorder estimate concerns dispatch, not arrival at your door.
When existing preorder batches are scheduled to ship
Pebble’s October 1 Help Center update lays out the remaining production sequence:
- Next 1,000 watches: production was scheduled to begin after China’s October 1–7 holiday, with shipment planned for the end of October.
- Remaining orders: production was scheduled to start in early November, with shipping planned to begin at the end of November.
- All preorders: Pebble expected shipping to be complete by the end of December.
In a September 30 company update, Pebble said the first 200 full watches had arrived at its warehouse and it was sending invitations to confirm orders. These are company-reported production milestones, not an independent verification of factory output. Pebble describes the schedule as subject to change, so a planned shipping window should not be treated as a firm promise.

What preorder customers need to do before shipment
- Look for Pebble’s email. The company says it will contact preorder customers from info@rePebble.com. Check spam and promotions folders as well as your inbox.
- Complete the order details. Use the email link to provide or confirm order information, select a color if needed, and verify your shipping address. Optional extras include straps and charge dongles.
- Pay any required taxes or import charges. Pebble says amounts due must be paid before shipment. Its store describes international shipments as DDP and says it will contact customers for necessary payments; applicable charges depend on destination and current policy.
- Review carefully before confirming. Pebble says a confirmed preorder is locked and cannot be refunded. You can change the shipping address until the watch ships.
After confirmation, Pebble estimates 1–3 weeks to dispatch from its fulfillment center in Asia, depending on color and accessory availability, followed by 6–10 business days in transit. Those are Pebble’s estimates in the Help Center update, not a guaranteed delivery window.
Price, taxes, and tariff details
The official store lists the Round 2 at $199 USD. That is the listed product price, not necessarily the total cost: the store says international orders may incur local taxes, tariffs, customs charges, or duties. It currently describes a U.S. tariff of approximately $10 per watch and says customers may cancel for a refund minus credit-card transaction fees if the tariff amount changes. These policies and charges can change, so check the store page before ordering or paying.

Product details and caveats to weigh before buying
Display, controls, and included accessories
Pebble lists a 1.3-inch, 64-color e-paper touchscreen with a 260 × 260-pixel resolution at 200 DPI, a stainless-steel frame, four physical buttons, microphone, step and sleep tracking, and a standard Pebble charger. Its September 30 update says each watch includes a new magnetic charger compatible with recent Pebble watches and a matching silicone strap. The case is 41.5 mm in diameter. Strap widths are 14 mm or 20 mm depending on the selected size; the straps use standard quick-release fittings, so a replacement should match the width. The company also offered preorder customers a $5 optional leather strap in black or brown in that update; that was a preorder offer, not an established current public-store price.
Battery-life estimates
Pebble estimates an average of 8 days of battery life with the then-current PebbleOS version. It says disabling touch, choosing a watchface that refreshes less often, and turning off shake-to-backlight can extend its estimate to 10–14 days. The product page also lists 10–14 days. These are manufacturer estimates, not independent battery-test results.

Water resistance
The store describes 30 m water resistance as a target. Pebble’s more detailed update says Round 2 is less water resistant than its other watches and advises against prolonged submersion or hot water. Do not buy it on the assumption that it is a dedicated swimming or diving watch.
Manufacturing quality and software maturity
Pebble says the stainless-steel case is CNC milled, polished, and PVD coated. In its September 30 update, it reported that only 15% of cases in some sample rounds passed incoming quality control; failed cases were rejected or sent for rework, and the company warned cosmetic issues could recur in later batches. Pebble said the display, battery, buttons, straps, testing, certifications, and software were ready while it worked through case production. This is the company’s account of its process, not an independent factory audit.

Pebble also describes Round 2 as having rough edges and receiving ongoing software updates, and warns that the project may have unfinished features or bugs. Its stated tracking features are steps and sleep; buyers who need comprehensive health or fitness tracking with GPS should consider a sports-focused watch instead.

The store states a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects after receipt. Pebble’s detailed update says a buyer must return a defective watch for replacement and that buyer’s-remorse refunds are not offered. Separately, confirmed preorders are described as locked against refund. Check the current terms before purchase, since the applicable policy and order status matter.
