Use power saving only when its trade-offs suit you
Power saving can reduce background network activity, syncing, and location checks. That may extend charge, but it can also delay notifications or updates and limit background functions. Turn it on when the battery-life trade-off is worthwhile rather than treating it as a required permanent setting.
Restart, update, and check diagnostics
Restart the phone, then check Settings > Software update for an update and update apps through their app store. If the drain persists, run battery diagnostics in Samsung Members and contact Samsung support if diagnostics or continued symptoms suggest a battery or hardware issue. Avoid “RAM cleaner” apps or disabling system services as a general fix. A factory reset is a last resort, not an initial troubleshooting step: it removes downloaded apps and their data. Before considering one, verify that important data is backed up and consult Samsung support if you are unsure how to restore it.
Why won’t my Galaxy A37 connect to Wi-Fi?
Separate a phone problem from a network problem
- Check whether other devices can use the same Wi-Fi network.
- Try connecting the A37 to another known network, if available.
- If other devices also cannot connect, check the router and internet service or ask the network administrator.
Reconnect and test
- Turn Wi-Fi off and on, then reconnect to the network. If needed, remove the saved network and enter its password again.

Mobile data is slow, calls drop, there is no signal, or the SIM is not detected
Check service and location before changing network settings
- Confirm the mobile line is active and Airplane mode is off.
- Restart the phone and check signal in another location. A location change can help distinguish local coverage trouble from a phone-specific issue.
- Clarify whether the symptom is no service, slow mobile data, dropped calls, or a SIM warning; they can have different causes.

Bluetooth will not pair or audio keeps cutting out
- Make sure the accessory is charged, in pairing mode, and not already connected to another device.
- Remove the saved Bluetooth pairing on the A37 and accessory, then pair them again.
- Install available updates on both devices and run Samsung Members diagnostics if available.
- Test another Bluetooth device. If only one accessory fails while other Bluetooth connections work, investigate that accessory; if several fail, check the phone’s settings or software.
