Ubisoft’s published PC targets pair 1080p/60 FPS on High with an RTX 2060 or RX 5700 XT, while console options differ by system and can trade resolution or visual detail for smoother motion. These are targets, not guaranteed results for every scene or setup.

PS5
Ubisoft lists base PS5 Quality mode at 2160p and 30 FPS. Performance mode targets 60 FPS, with an average 1425p render resolution during missions before upscaling. Choose Performance for smoother motion; choose Quality if you prefer the higher documented resolution and accept the 30 FPS target. These are Ubisoft’s published specifications, not independent measurements.

PS5 Pro
In its November 7, 2024 announcement, Ubisoft described a PS5 Pro configuration targeting 60 FPS with a PSSR 4K-like output. It reports an average 1696p render resolution during missions before upscaling and says the configuration adds visual detail while combining quality and performance features.
Xbox Series X and Series S
A launch-era Pure Xbox guide dated September 12, 2023 reported that Series X had a 60 FPS Performance mode at lower resolution and a 30 FPS Quality mode at higher resolution. It reported one 30 FPS mode on Series S. These reports may not reflect the current patched game: Ubisoft’s July 2, 2025 Season 7 notes discuss HDR/SDR calibration but do not confirm Xbox performance modes. Check the game’s current Video or Graphics menu for the options available on your system.

Use Ubisoft’s PC targets to pick a starting point
Ubisoft’s product page organizes PC requirements by resolution, frame-rate target, and preset. The requirements page accompanied the 2023 release and was accessed October 7, 2026. Use the tiers as a starting point, not a promise of a particular frame rate on every scene, driver, laptop, or patched version.
| Ubisoft target | Processor examples | Graphics card examples | Memory |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1920×1080, 30 FPS, Low (minimum) | Ryzen 5 1400 or Core i5-4460 | RX 480 8 GB or GTX 1060 6 GB | 8 GB dual-channel |
| 1920×1080, 60 FPS, High (recommended) | Core i5-8400 or Ryzen 7 2700X | RTX 2060 6 GB or RX 5700 XT 8 GB | 8 GB dual-channel |
| 2560×1440, 60 FPS, High | Core i5-10600K or Ryzen 5 3600 | RTX 3070 8 GB or RX 6700 XT 12 GB | 16 GB dual-channel |
| 3840×2160, 60 FPS, Ultra | Core i5-11600K or Ryzen 5 3600X | RTX 3090 24 GB or RX 7900 XT 20 GB | 16 GB dual-channel |
Ubisoft lists Windows 10 64-bit and 40 GB of storage for the minimum tier, with an SSD recommended. The page does not describe an SSD as a frame-rate fix. If your PC is below the tier for your chosen resolution, reducing settings may ease the workload, but it cannot ensure the system will meet the listed target.

Tune PC settings one change at a time
Ubisoft’s official materials do not provide current, setting-by-setting PC benchmarks, and no quantified FPS gain is established for an individual toggle. Treat the steps below as a repeatable troubleshooting method, not a tested ranking of Motorfest settings.
- Record a baseline. Note the resolution, preset, frame-rate cap, and frame-rate reading in a scene you can revisit. Keep the scene and conditions consistent for comparisons.
- Reduce resolution workload first. If the frame rate is below your goal, lower render resolution or resolution scale, if available, and retest. This is general troubleshooting logic, not a measured Motorfest-specific result.
- Change one visual setting at a time. Retest after each change. Keep a change only if it improves the result enough to justify its effect on image quality; otherwise revert it and try another.
- Check the PC Quality settings for mirrors. Ubisoft’s Season 5 notes, dated November 5, 2024, document adjustable rear-view mirrors on PC. The notes do not quantify the frame-rate effect of disabling them.
Ubisoft’s Season 5 notes also mention changes involving shadows, reflections, and volumetric cloud rendering, but do not give FPS measurements for those options. There is not enough official or controlled benchmark evidence to rank these settings by performance impact.

When settings are not enough
Compare your CPU, GPU, and memory with the Ubisoft tier closest to your resolution and preset, then use repeatable in-game readings to judge your own system. A mismatch with the target is a reason to test lower settings—not, by itself, proof that an upgrade is necessary. Consider hardware changes only if your measurements show that the settings available to you do not meet your needs.
